My daughter and I went for lunch. My daughter had work, I told the waitress who was brilliant and we got our order quickly. Food was lovely. Would highly recommend. Girl serving us was lovely.

Food wasn't as good as it used to be, more fast food, but staff were fab and catered better to my son's gluten intolerance than most peicey restaurants.

Went for lunch with my 3 children. Service was efficient and food arrived quite quickly. One member of staff was a bit to familiar with the way he addressed us though ( would you like the bill mate ) a little more training on customer relations needed. Other than that a nice meal.

Sub-par food. The decor is tasteful and the staff are wonderful and friendly but unfortunately the food disappoints. Cheap frozen food which is highly priced. Decided to try it as nandos had a long wait for a table, after having sampled f&b's food now, I can safely say I won't return. If you're that hungry, McDonald’s is less than a mile down the road from it.

Upon arrival we were greeted by Cara who then took us down to our table. She had a great knowledge of the menu and was able to recommend the chicken carbonara which was absolutely amazing. She was great with the kids and really made us feel welcome. We will definitely be back. Thanks for a great experience.

Extremely disappointing.Food arrived after a considerable wait and it was near cold. Yes they were busy but I'd expect my food to be presented warm.As a family of 5, the only consistent thing was that the food was bland and tasteless for everyone.... Quality has taken a nosedive at F&B.The server however was polite and courteous.Just a pity about the food on this occasion.

On entering Frankie & Bennys we were greeted instantly by a staff member (James) who directed us to our table and gave us menus. He then took our order for drinks, and then food. When the meal arrived it looked amazing and also tasted the same. Freshly cooked pasta dishes and sides were excellent. All in all a great time because of both the food and service. I highly recommend. 👍
