Have been going here quite a while food is always good but phoned my order in on Saturday evening quite early when I arrived there was 7 people in the shop whereas the sign says 4.my curry chip was almost cold and my husband go their box with cocktails and chicken nuggets chips and dip ,the dip was missing. We were very disappointed 😞.

First time trying here tonight and we were not disappointed! The young fella who took our order over the phone was lovely, his manners were next to none. Food was beautiful, we ordered a few different things so we could determine our favourites on the menu as they offer so much, and it's hard to pick as everything was beautiful. We live about 15-20mins from the chippy, and the food travelled well in our own car to home, we will definitely be visiting again, it was well worth the trip!

I have ordered from this chippy for years and the food has always been exceptional. I order using the app delivery and I have to say it is generally delivered bang on time and never is over 20 mins past the delivery slot. The food has always been cooked fresh and delivered piping hot. There's a lot of whingers on here who have complained about the wait time. This is a popular chippy so be prepared to wait if you are ordering in the shop. Use a bit of common sense and book a collection or delivery slot. Give the staff the credit they deserve

Food is always great but the waiting times are just getting ridiculous!!! Feels like you order stuff and are told 30 mins but you get there any they are just putting it on! Everytime

Had “Festive Chips” from here - Amazing!!I phoned through at 6:30pm for collection and was told to come and collect at 7pm as they were busy. (I thought that was a good collection time). Paid £7 for them and woah that’s worth it. Yum the portion size was great! The stuffing was amazing. What a feed! You gotta try them! Filling and delicious. Thanks to all involved putting it together.

Maybe I'm just unlucky but tonight was the first time in 2 years that I ordered a fish supper from this place....I won't be ordering again...the chips were hard dregs from the bottom of the pan...the battered fish was not freshly battered...the guy on the shop quoted 11.70.....the driver sed it was 12...it took an hour and a half for the food to arrive...and it wasnt hot...the wrong address was given to the driver....Don't understand how it wins awards....Def will not be ordering from this chippy ever again. If you are ordering....write down how much is charged for delivery...I was told 2 pounds..the driver sed it was 2.50...

First , reader, let me tell you if it’s a chippy - I’ve scranned it. All over Antrim there’s not a chippy I haven’t graced. Name a few in ballymena and Belfast and chances are I’ve been there aswell. I know my stuff. With the chippy however I’d say I’ve made the choice to avoid it when possible. Bruce sits down after a long day, wants to watch a bit of wrestle mania with a chicken spacer and a few chips with sausages. Not too much to ask I’m sure! But sad I was, waiting nearly 2 hours for a relatively small order . The food, unloved. Colder than the shoulder given to me by my father all those years ago I held my order close. This burger was shown no love. The bite I took was a miserable one, the mayonnaise the warmest thing about the burger and the grease that shot out from the chicken onto my shirt a close second. I wept. The chips were soggy and stuck together like some kind of diabetic play dough. I smooshed the mountain between my fingers and let out a sigh of resignation. Bruce going hungry tonight, Bruce is going to bed with an empty tummy. But hold on a moment, the sausages! The saving grace, Bruce loves a good time with a sausage watching wrestle mania, could it be? Something to fill Bruce up and make him happy? NO THE SAUSAGES WERE MISERABLE. Let there be no confusion, I’ve tried the chippy many MANY times over the years. Always a mediocre or negative experience. And with the prices you are paying at this place you’d expect better. nearly 4 pound to get yourself set up with a spacer? Aye jog on. Wouldn’t even feed it to the dog. He can’t walk and so I had to show him some mercy and move the food away from him after he wouldnt touch it. I’d say if your hungry and you see the chippy you’d be better off heading over to Tesco’s and buying a £1 rustlers burger, cause you’ll be better off. BRUCE IS NOT HAPPY. BRUCE IS HUNGRY. BRUCE WILL BE BACK. MAYBE NEXT TIME YOU CAN SATISFY ME. BRUCE OUT!!!

I have just spent £15 on food and ordered to be delivered in a time slot between 6 45 till 7 and its now 7 35 and still waiting on my food. Phoned up 10 minutes ago and they told me it's out for delivery. So cold food on its way thank god for microwave. Never again will I be ordering again no excuse for this service

The chippy is a well know place for fresh cooked when you order. They have a delivery service. & a large range to order from. Small parking depending of time of day & night.
