Big Bear's Pizza Shack in Ballymena

Ordered my pizzas and waited over a hour and half then I got abuse and cheek from the delivery driver because he couldn't find my address. I think this is appalling behaviour and when we finally got them they were freezing and we only live in cullybackey. I would not recommend this place because of the abuse and cheek from the delivery driver. I have gotten out of here in the past and there was no problems. BUT NEVER AGAIN!!

They do good pizza but their service is actually comically poor. We’ve had several deliver orders wrong so started going in to collect so we could check before leaving. Tonight they forgot to make one of our pizzas, so I had to stand and wait and then when they gave us the order and I checked the pizza they had made it was wrong.

Never had as bad from big bear. Pizza arrived wrong sauce on it. Chicken was burnt and cold. Cheesy garlic bread was burnt as well. Tried to ring a few times about it no one answered the phone. We waited nearly 2 hours for cold food.

Would get a better pizza from asda.. barely cooked 👎

If you haven't tried the cookies where the fffff you been at haha. Beautiful food

1st time order. Order was missing house sauce for pizza and a full chip. Donor meat was cold and probably the worst donor meat in the town. At least I know not to order again.

I opted for a take away meal on a Friday night. Specifically the new (I think) gyros. I went for the spicy chicken my partner for the chicken. The shop looks well its modern and clean. Service was pleasant and with a smile. I nipped to the shops in galgom and the teller informed me it would be around 15min which is fine for a Friday night. When I returned the food was about ready. All good. The gyro itself was in a wrap opposed to a traditional pitta. However, it was very tasty and satisfying. Overall a positive experience and I will be back to try other. It would be great to see an option with tzatziki and a pitta.

Pizzas are delicious and staff are so helpful and friendly. Will definitely be back. Highly recommend!!

The pizzas are lovely from here. The cheese is always on nice and thick so you can at least taste it compared to a light sprinkle other pizzas shops give. They are reasonably priced and good value for money. I have only tried the pizza so I'm not sure what other items on the menu taste like

Yet another lovely pizza. Never had a bad one yet. So glad you are still making my favourite the New Yorker. Yum
