Domino's Pizza in Ballymena

Waited near an hour for a pizza and received it with a hair in.

Dominos used to offer an excellent service during its previous management but it's slowly becoming something else now since it was bought over.How do you explain sitting in with your family only for your order to be given to someone else just when your name had popped up for collection after you'd paid and waited for 20minutes? And to think the staff didn't even offer any explanation or apology but carelessly told us we had to wait another 18minutes for them to make another pizzas for us. This happened in ballymena tonight! I asked for a refund and told them I couldn't wait. Still waiting for my Money to show in my account though. But yous really need to do better in your ballymena branch. The pricing itself is even ridiculous. That you'd buy one large pizza for £10 but 2 for £22.98? Who does that?I'm not even talking about the cleanliness of the place. I personally had to clean the table we were sitting at and the floor was a big mess too.Well, I just took back 4 of my stars. The one star is for keeping the place running but you have to do better!

The pizza was fantastic.. No mess no fuss just deliciousness...staff too busy with telephone orders to chat but lm glad to see business doing better now

Easy ordering and great to get it brought to the car outside

Very poor service, order came incomplete, delivery driver said he would be back and never came. Had to call twice and each time they said it would be straight out. The remaining part of the order never arrived! I have been promised a refund!

Pizzas are garbage way way over priced for a ball a doh and some ham and cheese

Easy to park. Very clean and excellent food

Cheap & cheerful. Good offer buy a big pizza and get another free; kids enjoyed it (big and small) as a stop gap on a long journey.

ALWAYS get soggy,uncooked Chicken strippers AND I asked for Italian Crust and get basic??SURELY it's NOT that hard to follow an order??😡Disappointed AGAIN??!What's going on with cooking right and getting a simple order right??? Couldn't post this unless giving them 1 star??OR they'd have got none!!
