Absolutely Amazing food 😊😊 fantastic atmosphere… couldn’t recommend enough

My family and I went on Christmas day, the food was excellent and I would give the chief 5 stars *****

Beautiful place. Good for couple dining. We love our starters. Duck, main course was too rubbery and tasteless. Staff were lovely.

The waiting staff were attentive and helpful. They asked for dietary requirements and made a note; we had no issues with food requests either. The food arrived promptly and was delicious. We will definitely be going back.

We normally love Fratelli but this visit was just ok, food-wise and the constant waitress attention every 2-3 minutes became really annoying. Every time we weren’t in the process of actually eating because we were chatting she’d come to take the plates away. It wasn’t busy - maybe that was the issue.

(One star is way too much) The name means brothers but I am glad they are not mine. I have just eaten here and cannot recommend the experience. When we eventually found the table we had booked we waited 40 minutes plus for someone to suggest food. Focaccia is one of the best known italian breads but what came to the table was unlike any I had eaten before and I have eaten a few. Good olive oil costs money. The pear and walnut salad featured what appeared to be tinned pears. The bill was incorrect, inter alia, food returned was charged for. A suggestion that poor food and service was met with an aggressive response and eventually a derogatory 15 percent discount. I don’t believe this place is value for money or would be recommended at half the price.

Staff great. Food awful. Starter very salty. Main course duck even more salty. Someone must have serious salt deficiency. Menu on the app which was a surprise and confusing. No mentioning of the side dish. We order a steak and duck as a main but no side dish as we didn't know we could. Although our daughter liked it our anniversary wasn't anything special. Food quality worst of all restaurant so far.Reason for 2 stars not 1 as waitress was kind and polite.Won't be back.

Gorgeous meal in Fratelli tonight ! We were served by the lovely Kara, who honestly made the whole meal even more enjoyable! She was so helpful.. such an outgoing and bubbly girl and we loved talking to her ❤️ the cocktails were also fab 😍

The food was very nice, small touches of Italian food with local ingredients. TBH, the food at Fratelli in Belfast City Centre is much better but definitely nice.

nice meal. we had a good night here. very kid friendly. recommend the chicken very nice. the staff where friendly and pretty helpfull. good night .
