Always my first choice of chip shop in Ballymena. Never a bad meal.

Good food friendly helpful staff

Ordered from here tonight and it took over a hour for delivery. I got a call 45 mins after ordering where they told me that they didn't have the rIght thing i ordered and would That I would have to wait another 20 mins. The food was overcooked and not the warmest either.

Placed an order for 2 items and a drink. Order was wrong and no drink. The person I spoke to was actually going to send the parts of the order "as soon as we can" meaning the rest of it would be cold. Absolute joke. I will definitely not be ordering from them again. The correct order was actually on the receipt, you need to a special kind of incompetent to get a three item order wrong.

Ordered tonight and food was delicious, also the wee girl who answered the phone was lovely! Good Customer service goes a long way! Definitely recommend !!

I rang up this delivery service early and they still delivered to me it was cheap and food is large portions and was top notch highly recommend honest local review 🙂

Fantastic food, very generous helpings and not expensive. Staff lovely too.

Local waiting time for food to be delivered, up to an hour plus. The Food not great was over cooked. The batter was hard, nearly broke a tooth. Oil needed changing,everything tasted the same. Food not very warm. I don't know where they get the cooks from. One day I went to sit in, the staff not the friendliest they never smile or say good bye. Not very welcoming and the appearance of we girl she had loads of makeup on serving at the tills she was clueless. She got my order wrong when brought it to the table. I got over charged always check your change before you leave. The atmosphere not nice people look down your throat when their waiting on their food. No air conditioning inside big glass windows and the sun beaming in they should have a screen up or blinds to make place alot more cooler. The eating area not the cleanest and chairs and tables needs a wash and the tiles regularly. I don't think I'll be back unless it improves and the menu.
