KFC in Ballymena

Gillian, if I remember correctly was absolutely fantastic best worker I've ever met, she's the kind of workers you need with such a good attitude and couldn't be more helpful or patient with my sons whos autistic! Also I was having one of those days when I went in and I felt so much better when I left. It's not just about the food. She completely changed my mood and outlook that day and helped me more than she will probably know. So thank you.

Second time my child has been sick with eating out off here!! The Kentucky fried chicken Colonel needs to wipe this place out and start all over again

Chicken was raw and yucky do not recommend Plz go to Nando’s

Trebbile place I went their yesterday to eat and the food wasn't cooked right ended up getting food poising for a nice place I'm sure conels wouldn't like that

Rolled up to the drive through and joined the queue (19:55). Looking forward to a hot wing treat, and while waiting a promo poster for tasty bites caught my eye. Moved up to the speaker to place my order (mouth watering). two more cars in the queue behind me now. Staff member came unto the speaker (19:57) to say they were not taking any more orders. Disappointed is my most positive responce. So there we sat waiting for the customer in front to collect their order (my ever positive wife seeing the funny side and enjoying a laugh at my expense- Mrs A. felt I didn't need them anyway). Left the premises:(20:05). I guess all I lost was 10 minutes... but really guys, surely you can do better.

Quick service but I don't k ow what they did my chicken fillet burger was tough and chewy not good

The colonel would be turning in his grave visiting Ballymena kfc. Staff seem to wear same dirty work clothes every day bins in kitchen over flowing few staff wearing masks then there is the food. Fries warm and soggy most of time. Chicken okay but you have to check bag for sundries usually some item missing. Hot drinks are a lottery rarely does the coffee machine work probably no one bothered to refill it. It's by far the worst kfc I've been to and I've visited a few. The place needs a manager

If you have a large car vehicle do not go through the drive in. The food is just about edible. All for salt, got none in bag. Disappointed.

For some reason this KFC is soo! much better than any other KFC I've went to,the food is more fresh and the costumer service I got where quick and helpful compared to the other stores and they didn't mess up my order.
