McDonald's in Ballymena

Absolutely useless nearly everytime I go here I end up having a problem with my order! Disgrace

Can you please start filling the frys up to where they're ment to be, half empty frys every single time I get from here now, plus me being accused of eating my kids and family's Frys everytime I come home with food is getting annoying now! Would be 5 star otherwise! I don't know if the workers are told to do this but come on mcdonalds it doesn't come out of your own pockets!

As busy as usual. Ordered a big Mac meal..._ it was as I expected, nice to eat but it arrived ( I ordered it by the screens at the entrance of the restaurant , and so the lady brought the big mac meal in a McDonalds brown bag) and I took the burger out of its Big Mac case...... it looked as if it was hit by a golf club...... it was a mess.

Very disappointed by the service. Ordered two items off the menu and was told they were not available with no sold out indication. The operator was very quick to move us along and didn't take the chance to upsell, especially on the sauces. One of the drinks was wrong.Additional note: I attempted to purchase through the drive through recently at approximately 11pm. Despite being advertised as 24hr, we not only did not get served, but actively had staff watch us as we went around the drive thru (we noticed through the main windows and the drive thru windows that they were watching). A notice of the closure or someone informing us would have been nice, and the very least they could have done.

It was my little girl's 4th Birthday. The girl who was on the floor was so lovely, helpful & Kind to her. Such a nice friendly young girl. I don't know her name, but she was one of a kind. (Worked in Ballymena Branch)

After a tedious day, my daughter wanted a happy meal. They forgot the chips 😳 to a four year old that’s massive!lol . I didn’t have the strength to drive around but very disappointed.

Crowded. Sometimes customers have to wait at the door to use order station. Service is fast and efficient. Staff are on hand to ensure smooth flow of people. Drive-in is always crowded.

Great customer service at Ballymena McDonald's on Saturday. It's good to get any customer service at all these days by to get customer service like we received on Saturday really was a great surprise. All staff were fantastic. Big thanks specifically to Ellie who was great with the children but as I have said all the staff were lovely.

Just been through the drive through in Ballymena in the peek of covid season to be presented with a burger out the window,only to open it to discover that some absolute creature of a member of staff had takin a bite out of said burger.i then confronted staff to explain the situation to be told that its not a bite its only a rip in the bap.i then asked 2 strangers is that a bite or is it not and they both confirmed it a bite and one of them left in disgust.picture doesn't do it justice.stay away from Mc dirt birds of Ballymena.i would expect this in larne or something but not Ballymena very disappointed.

Avoid this macdonalds. The orders are never right. They don't give there customers what they ask for. If you are wanting items left off they hardly ever do. Take a look at how mine was served today. Before you ask no it wasn't busy less than 5 cars in drive through at the time
