Oranmore Tea Room in Ballymena

I dined alone at the oranmore as a guest for dinner as my husband was playing golf.I will start with the beautiful surroundings and fabulous background music which was very pleasant.The food was truly outstanding and was on a par if not better than a michelin star restaurant I love in my hometown of Liverpool, add into the mix the delightful attentative staff and this has to be one of my best dining experiences. Thank you.

This is one off the best guesthouses/hotel we have ever stayed in, from the Manager/owner to all the staff we encountered. They were all so so helpful. We were in the area for a wedding, the manager sorted us with taxisThe room was off the highest standardAnd food was deliciousWill definitely use this place againLong time since we encountered a place so welcoming.

My family and I went for dinner here to celebrate my graduation. The staff were attentive and the meal was lovely. We will absolutely be back, can't recommend enough!

Beautiful guesthouse with wonderful staff. Room was modern and clean, breakfast the next morning was really well done with eggs from their own chickens!

My daughter took me here as a treat, she'd been the the week before and raved about. Unfortunately that was not our experience. Burnt biscuits, rice krispie buns, really? Greasy sausage roll and scones that hadn't risen very well. My young granddaughter makes a better afternoon tea and she's at primary school! Maybe they had an off day as it was Easter Monday!. Shouldn't open if they can't supply fresh goodies.

Enjoyed a delicious Saturday morning breakfast in Oranmore - what a lovely treat! Plenty of choice and everything fresh and cooked to order.

Delicious afternoon tea, excellent service, and a beautiful location, all at a very reasonable £22.50. My wife's coeliac requirements were met without any problem and the quality of her food was equally as high as everything else. First class!

We went here for a Baby Shower dinner and we had a great time. The gold room was beautiful and perfect for our group. The food was very tasty and the staff were polite, professional and accommodating. I would highly recommend.
