Subway in Ballymena

Sandwich was brought out of the toaster and left whilst the server made the next customer's sandwich, she then summonsed help, I paid for my lunch and waited for the original server to finish off my sub, which had sat to cool somewhat. It was then threw on the basket with my cookie and crisps and the "helper" who only took my money & disappeared saying loudly that he was away to the kitchen as it was like a bomb site. I didn't feel like a valued customer.

Subway in Ballymena fairhill staff is lacking in customer service. They not very friendly and their face says it all, and they throw your food at you almost. When asking them for something they don't get your order correct. What a bad experience.

When asking for lots of onion 3 slices is not lots. Other than that it's good. Miss the old staff though

Friendly staff tasty food

Lovely staff, well mannered and very efficient. As a disabled person, wheelchair bound, I feel they go over and above what is required of them. Highly recommended!

Fresh food is good but poor attention given to cleaning tables
