I went with my elderly parents on the 25/02 for morning coffee after a previously favourable experience. However on this occasion we only experienced disappointment. We ordered two scones, a caramel square, two coffees and a tea. The caramel square was rock hard as was the butter served with the scones, it was unspreadable. One of the scones was more like a bread roll than a scone, I ended up leaving most of it. Finally, we ended up eating most of the food by the time the drinks arrived and we were also presented with food we didn't order. The staff were friendly enough but they really need to up their game.

This is a coffee shop not to miss. Visited today (19-12-21) and got the apple crumble french toast with bacon and it was absolutely amazing. Coffee is always top class. If you're in the area and fancy something, goto Follow!

Great hot chocolate exactly how we ordered it and a very interesting range of tray bakes which tasted amazing.

Super friendly cafe with lovely food and staff. Great welcoming atmosphere, and 2 chairs beside a stove for those colder days. Highly recommended.

Popular coffee shop in Ballymena with outdoor tables and chairs. Great place to relax and the staff are friendly.

We visited the shop on Saturday at the beginning of May, we were greeted at the door by a friendly waitress and directed to the que. The shop was busy at this stage people are not able to be seated inside. Good social distancing was adhered to.When it was our turn we were served by another friendly waitress and thanked for waiting. There was a large selection of tray bakes and around 6 types of brownie which were all explained in detail! At this stage my pal went outside to try and get us somewhere to sit.I ordered a coffee and a salted caramel brownie, heated with ice-cream EACH for my friend and I and paid. With it in hand we moved to the front of the shop were the original waitress let us know she had organised us a seat outside, there was no table but the place was quite busy so we understood. The coffee and tray bakes were excellent. All of the staff were friendly and accommodating. I would not hesitate to come to this shop for coffee again great atmosphere and grub!!If you read this review and found it helpful please give it a like!!
