The Countryman in Ballymena

Great wee halfway meeting place for us to meet up with our friends from Larne. Reasonably priced but beware if you are ordering the trio of ice creams as there is a problem with the till sending the order through to the kitchen. It's something they are working to resolve.

Friendly staff, good service and lovely food

Food was excellent and staff were friendly. Meal was served punctual and well presented making you want to tuck in.. Plenty of space between tables and there was hand sanitizer available.. Will be going again.

We used to love the food here but definitely the worst meal we have had out. I was unable to eat anymore than a few bites due to the grease. My husband tried his best to eat his but could only manage half for the same reason and he's not hard to please. To rub salt to the wounds we were charged full price.

I had the nicest steak I have ever had in any restrunt five star food and service great food lovely atmosphere I would highly recommend coming here beautiful food outstanding

Fab food and the guys in the lounge were gents. We had the chicken stack which was an unexpected hit! Accomodations for our little one with a high chair was a nice touch!

Great food and very friendly staff, lovely place to eat on our way to a B and B near to Nutts corner. Made our kids feel very welcome and happy.

One of our favourite places in Ballymena. The food is always fantastic (though a few more vegetarian options would be nice). The staff are really friendly and helpful. Very welcoming to babies and small children with plenty of highchairs available. Great drinks selection and free parking.

Great place. Bar staff were second to none. Watched the Man City v Chelsea match. TVs class, atmosphere magic. Had food from the Uban van, absolutely gorgeous, will definitely be back
