They need to learn how to cook fish an chips it was disgusting worst chip shop ever. Would never eat out off it again .

Just visited The Crispy Cod as Paul the owner suggested we give them a try. We are from Yorkshire, arguably the best Fish n Chips in the UK. We had Cod n Chips and of course Mushy Peas. Well Paul we were definately not disappointed, they were every bit as good as Yorkshire's finest. Evident was the high quality Icelandic Cod and Maris Piper Chips all cooked fresh. We will certainly be back again. Well worth the long drive to get them.

Generally a very good chippy and first choice go to for my partner and I. Good location. Cash only! But cash machine just outside a couple units down the street. Decent portions and moderately priced. Friendly staff! A busy place so can sometimes be 30-40 min wait from ordering on likes of Saturday night. Best gravy chip around!
