STAY AWAY!! The last couple of times that I have ordered for delivery there has been items missing from my order. I have rang up each time stating it was missing- no attempts to deliver the missing items. I have been paying for items that I have not received. It's such a shame as the food is good.. if you actually receive it all

Food arrived over 1 hour late despite ordering 90 minutes before time expected. Food was cold and inedible. Threw it all in the bin. £25 wasted. Never again.

favourite Chinese food always hot, tasty and they go out of their way to ensure that you get your order the way you want it ie no onions lol

I always order and pay online because i rarely have cash in the house but this time when my takeaway was delivered something had gone wrong and was asked for cash. I simply asked if he could check for me. Big mistake,!! the driver became angrier with each attempt to get through to the shop and when he did and asked the owner to check, the owner started hurling abuse down the phone about me not having paid, he didn't know at this point he was on speaker! I was mortified! It was a simple mistake fixed by reordering and paying again. Was just a very unpleasant experience, I was left shaken and of course no appetite so the meal went in the bin. I won't be ordering from there ever again.

I regularly eat from here but will no longer be doing so after the pathetic excuse for a chicken maryland I got tonight! The chips were burnt as were the pineapple and banana fritters. Of all the meals I've had in my lifetime I've never had something with so much grease running out of it. Sorry jade garden you've just lost a regular customer.

The food is yummy and the service is brilliant. You don't have to wait hours for it and is not very expensive. Love this place 😍
