I went in to buy a present for a new baby. Lovely things in there however the smell of animal feed was overpowering. Staff where to busy ordering lunch to acknowledge customers.

Friendly helpful staff. Great for everything your dog could ever need. Unfortunately no lift, but you can't win them all. Oh and dog friendly too!

Amazing shop with a wonderful range of pet products including a fantastic range of clothing. The ladies in here are helpful and informative. Added to this is a coffee shop I have not had the pleasure of visiting but will keep in mind for a return visit. Loving in London this is my return visit to this shop, second time in space of a few months. Even with living there and the range of products for me to come here for dog clothes means it is definitely worth a look. I love local products for my little dog. I also come to get treats for my families pets, weimariners, Guinea pig and a Jack Russell. I really recommend this shop and love the assortment and quality here. I shall be returning for more gifts for the families pets and my own.

Love this place, the staff are always so kind and helpful and will always go out of there way to help you get whatever you need even if they don't stock it. Perfect place to bring your pupper aswell for a hot chocolate on those cold snowy days 😊🐶

Great selection of products for your pets, coffee shop's food and drink is great also, the huge plus with this place is you can take your dog in. This means you can sit and have a cup of tea or coffee and a snack or lunch with your dog. Love this place.
