Lovely gift shop, good coffee and food available, I drive quite a distance to Whitehead and always visit The Bank House.

This our first time in here and it lovely the woman was so helpful x friendly being dog friendly inside x out is fantastic defo recommended this wee place x if your looking a special gift they also have a gift shop which houses unique gifts 🎁

Nice and friendly staff. Had a really nice German biscuit and ham and cheese toastie with some really toastie chutney. Really nice range of cakes too

My card I was paying with didn't work. I was generously given my coffee and a bun for free. What else can I say! You must visit.

Lovely cafe my partner and I decided to take a trip to whitehead for the day. Seen this place and it seemed like a nice atmosphere..... However, after we sat down for 15 mins and received no service whatsoever. Asked a waitress for a menu which she acknowledged but she didn't bring that over as she was chatting to other customers. We just decided to leave as the service was slow and we felt as though we had been forgotten about even though there was a handful of staff on and they had walked past us on numerous occasions and ignored us, tip for staff please make sure to acknowledge All customers and not just regulars. Ended up at another cafe. Very disappointed.

Excellent. Lovely wee place. Delicious toasties. Also do my favourite. Scones with Jam and cream. Staff very friendly. Lovely outside area as well. Well worth a visit! Closes at 3 o clock.

Had a beautiful lunch today , very friendly staff nice surroundings sat outside in the gardens , in lovely weather, I had the soup and sandwich which was delicious nice wee place to visit very comfortable and welcoming 👍🏻
