Adelphi Bistro in Coleraine

Had something to eat in the restaurant this evening for mother's day surprisingly it wasn't too busy. After being seated we waited an hour to even have our order took, along with staff being incredibly rude. My daughter (5) was trying to polite and give compliments she was met with one member of staff replying with ok and another looked at her and snorted in humor. One waiter spilled a drink over my partner and while my partner cleaned it up the waiter came back and patted the table a little leaving wet soggy tissues on the table and if it wasn't for me giving him the glass he would of left it there. When the food finally came my daughters meal was first after letting the waiter know where to place the food she rolled her eyes at me. The food was some what half decent. I certainly won't be going back to the restaurant again

Beautiful surroundings. Comfortable. Pleasant staff.. Need for provision of scones/traybakes or even a piece of shortbread on offer for the casual coffee drinkers who would more than likely stay longer for drinks or hurry back.. disappointing.

Very enjoyable stay at the Adelphi. Spacious room, comfortable beds and great shower. Food was excellent and the staff were welcoming and helpful. Will recommend this hotel.

We loved our night away here. Stayed in the honeymoon suite. The spa bath was something else. Place was spotless and the staff were really friendly. We will be back. Thank you so much 🙂

Rooms were very good and clean. Would have been 4 stars but had to wait for about 10mins for someone to come to reception for us to check in. Also, breakfast was on a slot availablity basis only, as this was a break away I was hoping for a bit of a sleep on, and the only breakfast slots left was 08:30 or 08:00, so we had to choose a lay on and buy breakfast elsewhere.

Beds very comfortable everywhere was very clean. The food was excellent the gluten free menu was fantastic especially the breakfast !! And the staff were so helpful and friendly I can thoroughly recommend the Adelphi hotel. Thanks to all for a very enjoyable stay

I was surprised by the hotel with a complimentary bottle of bubbly for my birthday, the staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them, every need was met. Very relaxing atmosphere, We will definitely be back. Thank you to all the adelphi staff

Beautiful Hotel.. Very Comfy Beds... Very Clean... We Were Booked In For 2 Nights But Decided To Stay Another.. Very Pleasant And Friendly Staff... Food Was Excellent.. Close To Everything... Highly Recommend This Place... Would Stay Here Again.. 😀👍

Excellent stay with friends. The spa was great. The food was amazing. Highly recommend the garlic Mushrooms starter, the main steak was perfect, the service couldn't have been better. Thank you to the very pleasant staff Elaine and Alison. We really enjoyed our stay.

Very clean. WiFi us very intermittent especially in the room. Sometimes not working. Could only eventually get my phone to work now and again. Tablet wouldn't work. Food was lovely. Most staff were lovely especially in the restaurant room was comfortable although no view at all I was at the back just had fans and other windows. But totally enjoyed our stay. Also enjoyed our hour at the jacuzzi but it only opens from 3pm to 8pm. Last booking 7pm. You get to use it for 1 hour.
