Asda in Coleraine

Great supermarket and good value and variety.

having filled my car from there for years averaging £60 per week will never be back after the attitude from so called lady this morning who stopped me filling gerry can due to as she said council rules . would not have minded but when she said it was there for me to read .not good customer service .manners are nice .

Great prices but the staff need trained on there customer services, you always feel like your getting in the staffs way and the manager is as useful as a chocolate fireguard. Oh and it seems asda staff are too good for a face mask.

My parents had regularly shopped at asda however the staffs recent treatment of them has been throughouly disgusting. My father has health issues that impede his mobility and he has twice been harassed by a staff member telling him to hurry up and get out of the line. My mother has osteoarthritis and was using one of the mobility scooters which ran out of battery in the middle of the store. When she asked a staff member for assistance she was told to take the scooter to the front of the store. I can't fathom how they expected her to push a scooter to the front of the store. Please train your staff to be more compassionate to people with mobility issues. Getting out to the shops allows them to keep some independence but this kind of treatment takes that from them.

Asda has a good range of items, clothing etc, most things that you would need. It does really well.

Many staff not wearing masks as well as customers, asked the manager about this and apparently he can't make them!! It is still mandatory so I'm struggling to understand why!! Won't be back!!

I was in Coleraine Asda today . Never had service like it I certainly won’t be back . First I went to Boots chemist I stood for ages and nobody came to serve me yet a man and woman were in the back they both looked out at the counter saw me waiting but yet couldn’t be bothered to serve me. Then bought my groceries went to a checkout got a LADY who put them through so quick I thought she was in a hurry to catch a plane !!!! I’m a pensioner with Arthritis in my hands so couldn’t keep up she was putting them through so fast so my experience in your store today was awful .

I was in Asda today and I asked one of their workers, who was working away stacking shelves, for some assistance. The man went above and beyond what I asked of him. One of the politest most genuine workers I’ve come across in a long time. His name is Roland, he is a true gent and Asda are very lucky to have him.

Excellent range of products poor customer service from certain individuals. Regarding my situation a product on sale had no price ticket, I asked the female staff member who was lovely managing the station who told me the price and placed the ticket there. I then came to the tills and the staff member managing the self service (male first initial F) I asked him about the price he went over to check and thus informed me otherwise with no apology or acknowledging there mistake despite later proving he was lying to myself about talking to the individual at the station. To which I responded for pètes sake to which he told don't cuss at me and I preceeded to tell him that I'm fine paying for it but it's needs to be acknowledged that a verbal agreement is binding to which he responds the price I see with my eyes is the price you pay.

Excellent supermarket for all of your household shopping requirements for food, clothing, gardening and a lot more besides. It is very well laid out with plenty of room in the isles for you and your trolley. As soon as you walk through the doors you realise that you are in a superstore. Immediately to your right is a large cafe where you can enjoy some food and drinks at reasonable prices. You can use the new Scan & Go electronic system to do your shopping provided you feel comfortable using the scanner. Asda prices for me are very good indeed and as an example their own coffee brand is excellent and the cheapest I have ever come across. The quality of their clothes line for children and adults is first class and again all at very reasonable prices. As a supermarket they have a great range of produce, fresh fruit and vegetables, fish, meats and dairy items can not be faulted. The car park is large with disable parking next to the entrance. The Asda petrol station is the other side of car park and you will get cheaper fuel for your vehicle there. The staff at the strore are friendly and helpful.
