Bentleys Cafe in Coleraine

Very disappointed, I like bacon crispy but not to the point where it breaks your teeth, brioche bap isn’t even a proper bap.

I really love the scones Bob n Berts do though unfortunately their scrambled eggs, poached eggs are 🙄 scrambled are like rubber and poached has the whites not properly cooked. Prices are quite expensive. Depending on which of Bob n Berts cafes you go to, you can have really friendly staff

Tried here whilst waiting for an eye appointment, found staff cold and unwelcoming. Tables were sticky to the touch with rubbish beneath. Food when arrived was Luke warm at best and tasteless. Not a great experience.

Good food, nice waffles, great shakes n smoothies.

Consistently getting food order wrong when ordering from this particular store. Food is either cooked to a great standard but the order is wrong or the quality is awful. Made to feel like rubbish for ringing to let them know if there's an issue or hung up on. Terrible customer service. Such a shame as other Bob and Berts stores are much better.

Totally tasteless food, cappuccino so filled up and watery it spilt all over the saucer, raw bacon that had to be sent back to be properly cooked, overcooked sausages and pudding, panino very bland on raw bread..worst meal I have actually ever had and paid 40£ for it!!!

First experience at this chain and really enjoyed it. I had the pulled pork burger which was very tasty.Portion size was good for the price.They have a really good range of options so something for most appetites I would think.I did notice that tables weren't being cleared very quickly but other than that it was a good experience.

Far too dear for what we got. 30 quid for breakfast is insane. Quality lacking, good thing I know a decent vet to resuscitate the bacon. Poached eggs you could have fired out of a cannon, and sausages that were questionable at best. Overall, I would have rather eaten their merchandise, would have been tastier and cheaper 😂😂

Been in this store today,which I have been on many an occasion but to be referred to as"HER" is totally unacceptable, all because i had to take two pieces of shortbread back because they were soggy...is this really Bob and Bert's policy and etiquette. Won't be returning!!!
