Bob & Berts in Coleraine

Bob and Bert's is situated in the diamond, as you walk up to it you don't realize how big it is until you walk in, the variety of food on the menu is really good and their tea coffees etc is very good the seating is pretty good and well spaced out, the staff are very quick and very efficient and friendly , my only advice would be to have an area set aside for disabled people as there was a lady in a mobility wheel chair who had difficulty being able to sit near the table, also young girls where running up and down and almost banging into people with trays there needs to be a sign up to say no running , but other than that a wonderful place to go for a coffee and treat

June 7th 2022Just popped in with other half who is celiac.Definitely recommend this place.Staff are extremely polite and helpful.Food was fresh and delicious.The selection of deserts is incredible, do not come here if you are easily tempted, because me you WILL be seriously tempted here.We will be back.

The cafe is very spacious inside. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The coffee was lovely as was the food. Highly recommend.

Not sort of people I like handling my food , seen one of the girls smoking then going in and not Washing her hands then service food 🤮

Nice atmosphere but food was not worth it. Tasted all frozen like soenthing you could make at home. Nice coffee though!

I really love the scones Bob n Berts do though unfortunately their scrambled eggs, poached eggs are 🙄 scrambled are like rubber and poached has the whites not properly cooked. Prices are quite expensive. Depending on which of Bob n Berts cafes you go to, you can have really friendly staff

Tried here whilst waiting for an eye appointment, found staff cold and unwelcoming. Tables were sticky to the touch with rubbish beneath. Food when arrived was Luke warm at best and tasteless. Not a great experience.

Consistently getting food order wrong when ordering from this particular store. Food is either cooked to a great standard but the order is wrong or the quality is awful. Made to feel like rubbish for ringing to let them know if there's an issue or hung up on. Terrible customer service. Such a shame as other Bob and Berts stores are much better.

Good food, nice waffles, great shakes n smoothies.

First experience at this chain and really enjoyed it. I had the pulled pork burger which was very tasty.Portion size was good for the price.They have a really good range of options so something for most appetites I would think.I did notice that tables weren't being cleared very quickly but other than that it was a good experience.
