Burger King in Coleraine

Absolutely loved the double whopper! Forgot my wallet and they made sure to get hold of me.

Most delicious Whopper Meal , ordered on the app for great savings and staff at drive thru patient and helpful talking me through the process . Well packaged friendly staff

Burger King is one of the best fast food takeaways and this one in Coleraine is up there fast service from friendly staff. Only let down is that the shopping precinct is very busy.

Food Health and Safety at its finest.This is a Horrendous Burger King store with extremely rude staff, not one being helpful in the slightest.We ordered 4 double bacon cheeseburger mealsThe Food given to us today was freezing cold with limp disgusting bacon which was also ice cold and not for the first time either.It was that cold the cheese was solid which was first sign something was wrong.Couldn't even take it back in to exchange as the doors were locked and sign telling customers it was drive through only. I had already been waiting 20 minutes in the queue so wasn't about to go through it all againThe staff are clueless and don't care about customer satisfaction. I actually had a female staff member curse at me for bringing food back in to be exchanged on a prior visit due to exact same issue.This was our experience today after already giving them a chance to redeem themselves.You are a useless fast food operator if you can't even heat a burger. This store should not be open for business.They throw all the different orders in the bottom of a bag and don't even bag meals separately like many other stores do.By the time you open the bag there are fries everywhere. Very poor service.I will be notifying the Food Standard AgencyWe have been let down too many times now. We will NEVER be back here again. We Left very angry today having spent the guts of £30 for garbage I wouldn't give to an animal.Money Robbers.

The staff all left while we were in the dining area with over 5 other tables present at the time. it took over 10 mins to get someone's attention to get some extra salt and when we tried to leave the door was locked this was at 5pm the worst customer service I've ever experienced

The only redeeming factor was the staff. Mediocre food at a high price however the staff made me feel appreciated. Jonathan was lovely on tills and got me my order on time and with a smile:)

IMO better burgers than Mcdonalds and no queue/access problems (unlike the neighbouring golden arches) make this a win/win in my book

Didnt get to eat cause I arrived at half 7 maybe a little before and it was shut. Aye a closing time is there for a reason mate sort yourself oot

Delicious food and such friendly staff. We travel from our home (approx 20 miles) to Coleraine to eat here as we don't have a burger King where we live

Got 3 meal deals and was charged £1.50 extra each for a warm bottle of coke, it says on website drink included in price, long queue at drive through so not worth going back through. Beware of extra cost of drinks before ordering. Or was it just me that was ripped off
