Take out chips very poor soft not cooked but never as bad as tonight

The food we received was good, but our order was unforfilled, which was disappointing

Not good at all. Ordered two portions of fish and a chip and was told it was cod? and to pay when it was ready. I sat at the window seat facing the fryers and waited. Then i observed a member of staff empty the fryer onto the top heating compartment under the lamps. I saw sausages, chicken goujons, onion rings and who knows what else with of couse my two portions of Cod? When i went to pay i was told that it was cash only!!!So off i went to get some cash and i truly wish i had never gone back. Sorry but far from good in this day and age.Strong taste of onions on the fish. Never again

Placed a order at ten past nine they told me it would be here as soon as possible very disappointed they close at 10pm now 10.10 still not here have been waiting all night also to add on how greasy the food is and is usually cold ,I’m very unpleased and will not be ordering in the future

Recommended by a new friend and are we glad they did.Fussy eater among party, thus far NO chippy has pleased her, well that changed here.The order, on receipt, was cooked to perfection ( especially in the view of "fussy").Will we be returning 100% and won't hesitate to recommend.

Their fish is delightful. So light and with very little grease. We ate here twice during a stay in Portrush. Well worth the extra drive up.

Great chippy good portions with huge fish great value. there are a number of these chippys in Colerein and Portstewart,on the north coast. All are great

Food was cold on delivery. Delivery was late by 30mins and chips was only half cooked definitely won't be ordering from here again

Ordered 12" jumbo sauage with chips and gray with fried mushrooms. The 12" jumbo sausage was 3 cheap little pork sausages..... False advertising with a play on words. The fried mushrooms were off. My partner vomited when she attempted to eat them. I smelt the fried mushrooms to check and the smell was rancid and purifying. Never again. Had to get a refund on just eat. Sad sad sad....

Waited 2 hours on our delivery after ordering through justeat. Rang them back again and the young girl that answered said the delivery driver had just left with it. So I asked her was he actually leaving with it or just saying he was and was assured he had just got into the car. Sitting here an hour later (3 hours from ordering), no delivery driver in sight. Ended up ordering from somewhere else. Why not just be honest and say you forgot the order instead of lying to customers about food that was never going to arrive?
