Find here a great place to eat find all the staff very helpful the Manager Donna is always smiling and helpful nothing is a problem with her recommend this cafe

Food was cold and tasteless. Staff disinterested. Won't be back to this branch again

Ok, sausage roll not warm, when I told cashier, she said it wasn't a hot food counter!!! Hoevershe did replace it with another one which was hotter.

Typical Gregg's food. Decent service.

Outside said award winning Gregg's !Sausage rolls cold , meat pie the same , Derry much more friendly , I would not recommend this Gregg's , service not great ,

Lovely friendly staff and great selection of food sad I missed my free festive bake but next time .

This place is shocking who ever is in charge of stock control should seriously consider their position, no cups, no sugar, no syrups food sitting in front of them for sale and they tell you ( no we don't have any) as for the toilets the least said the better I will definitely never be back through the door this is not a one off its every time I have been there.

Called into Greggs Coleraine again & was so disappointed! Vegan sausage rolls, the very product that Greggs have been famous for in recent years but they had none ready! No vegan bake slices ready either! The previous week I asked very clearly, for a vegan slice & was given a chicken slice! If you are unable to get the basics right , then you need to ask yourself if the correct management & staff are suitable to work in this store? I'll be kind & give 3 stars, only because working with the public can't be easy. Though this store needs an overhaul!Latest: Tried the new vegan sausage, bean & cheese melt. Absolutely delicious, well done Greggs. The usual story though! You need to watch the servers like a hawk, as despite clearly saying you would like the vegan one, they always rustle you up the regular one! Everytime I'm in, they serve me the meat version and I have to tell them to change it! Perhaps they are all cloth eared or don't particularly give a ****! 😬25th Nov 2021: The usual low stock of many items & the very last straw today! No hot drinks available, because they had no lids for cups! It's absolutely pathetic! Who is the store merchandiser here? Honestly, I would have to let them go ! I'm done with Greggs Coleraine, a very poorly run store, a complete let down. Ive given this place chance after chance but nothing has changed! 👋😡

This place is busy, but they do get the queue moving pretty quickly. Good value options with some great deals on drinks and food. It seems pretty clean and tidy.
