Always service with a smile, fresh rolls, filled to order are a staple now for a day on the Strand. No better place to get them. Siobhan is particularly helpful & so pleasant. Highly recommended.

Went in not knowing what kind of sandwich to get. Siobhan was very accommodating. Sandwich was tailored to me because of the thoughtfulness of Siobhan and how she would like a sandwich. Would highly recommend. Great service and attention to detail. The food was excellent.

Not only the best wheatens and scones on the North coast but absolutely stellar customer service as well. The kindness shown by the staff in The Griddle Bakery in lockdown really raised our spirits. Quite simply a lovely place and we can't wait to be able to visit again.

I just love the fresh food rolls yet everything made here is, in fact, brilliant!Especially favoured by the locals and that really tells you everything you need to know!...The prices are right and many school children buy their lunches here...Again, the fact that local school children buy lunches tells you that you will always get value for money at The Griddle Bakery...Kindness and Courtesy by Staff...Always...👍

The Griddle Bakery has been going strong for many years and it's no surprise. The fresh baked bread, scones, pancakes, buns etc...are fabulous, but Friday is treat day and their hot food and sandwiches are a must. Everything from Paninis, stew, soup to filled baps and salads....all soooooo yummy.

My brother and I had two teas and two scones here and it costs us £8-20p. I think it is over priced but the scones were fresh. There is one woman working there and she has a very bad personality.

Food always great , I love their delicious whole coffee cakes and great selection of buns. Lovely tasty sausage rolls and great filled wraps and baps. Will continue to visit.
