Harry's Shack in Coleraine

Harry's shack has an amazing atmosphere, fantastic food, respectful and considerate staff. Its menu caters to most tastes and the scenery is amongst the very best of any restaurant I have visited. If you wish to have a special night away, a beautiful meal on a sunny day or a family day away to Portstewart strand this is an essential stop.

Went for an early dinner. You download an app to order food which worked really well. The food was really good and service excellent. Kids had the pizza and chips and we had fish and chips. Fish was fresh and chips amazing. Will be going back to try the crab claws and mussels....Update.Had the mussels starter and ohh wow. By far the best mussels I have had in a very long time..

The fish was not too crispy or undercooked but rather had the perfect crunch outside and moist inside. The chips were also delicious.

We had a fab night at Harry's Shack last Saturday. I loved the decor and it was lovely to be inside with the fire on, when it was so cold outside.The service was top notch. Nice to have iced water provided. The food was really lovely. We shared a couple of crab arancini between the 4 of us to start. Then 3 fish and chips and 1 duck.Portion sizes were great. I had the duck and it was spectacular. Good selection of drinks and we tried the cocktails and Harry's brewed beer.Great experience, I'll definitely be back. Thanks for a lovely evening 😊

Best place I've been out to eat in a while. Beautiful food and excellent service. Definitely get the wings as a starter!

Fish, lemon sole, was fresh and cooked perfectly. Minus 1 star for prices which are rather high in my opinion- I suppose location guarantee demand, still enjoyed my meal and would recommend this place.View and parking on the beach are part of the attraction. Seating on the terrace or inside. Music (pop ) little too loud to spend the evening with friends but great place after long walk or swim

Friendly staff, delicious food, great setting just off the beach. Dog friendly outside with under covered area if the weather's not great

Just had a brilliant fish lunch here. Completely lives up to its reputation and reviews. Totally recommended. Note the can kitchen shut in the afternoon leaving just drinks available. Car park on the beach is £7.50 unless you are an NT member but is also completely worth the trip as view is terrific.

We love this place! Whenever we’re back on the North Coast of Northern Ireland, this is top of our list of places to visit.The craft beer selection is fantastic, and the food is tasty.On a warm, sunny Friday evening we were able to get a table outside. Watching the sea rolling in with great music from the DJ all made for an unforgettable evening.We also visited on a Sunday afternoon for a lunch-time snack. The truffle chips and cake selection were terrific.

Fantastic spot on the beach. Nice seating indoor and outdoor. Service was slow and kitchen seemed to be working hard the day we went but the servers were all incredibly friendly! Currently ordering is all through an app which is tricky for older customers and they are using only takeaway packaging (maybe good for covid but it is some waste).Unfortunately for me the only vegetarian options were chips and side salad. Fortunately the parmesan truffle chips were incredibly delicious! 😋 and the capers in the side salad made it worthwhile. The food is on the pricey side.. but the spot is so nice! I've been before and I know I'll come again
