KFC in Coleraine

Other local takeaways get my business when I try go to KFC Coleraine. The reason you ask? KFC Coleraine never have any chicken on the bone. Like a good hour before closing and no chicken to serve. KFC Coleraine are a constant disappointment.

Its ok just ok depending if they give you the right order and that everything you order is in the bag, this has happened nearly every time we go

What a place this is , I thought the food would have been half warm . They have not mastered cooking in coleraine KFC. Food well below sub standard, chips burnt on the outside and raw inside 😳 chicken would have been warmer if they had left it in the sun for 10 mins . The drive thru was slower than a slow boat from China. This place need shut down or condemned.

Food was cold when arrived home 5 minutes away, forgot to put in sides and dips, not impressed

Has slightly improved the food,though only one food ordering booth works we had to stand and wait. So we went to order at counter instead to order.Slow service and lots of staff on.People ordered from the ordering booth on food that wanted table service had to go up to the counter. Not enough tables to sit on they had stacked the chairs ontop of tables. Said don't use this table.

I’ve eaten here a few times now both in the restaurant and have had it delivered. The food was appalling.The chicken not cooked thoroughly, each time I’ve eaten from here, I’ve bitten into pink, fleshy, bloody chicken and absolutely soaked in oil.I feel that they are understaffed and very busy, hence why they do not allow the chicken to cook to its full time. They take the chicken out when it still has 4-8 mins left on the chicken fryer clock and serve it sooner.This is both disgusting and borderline against health and safety.

Asked for gravy 4 times. Told it comes as part of the meal so I can get a different side. Food arrives and no gravy. I go up and ask and told I should of ordered gravy. Absolutely the worst service I've ever experienced in a KFC. Food is rotten and staff are just as bad.

Got chicken fillet burger. It was off. Would not go back. Glengormely is far better run and has fresher chicken.

Most of the times I have visited here it's been good. Friday night it was drive through only,what is that all about,it's nonsense. Anyway I decided ok I'll give it a go,food was terrible, and the gravy was watered down so much it was revolting.

So went to KFC in Coleriane for lunch today ordered a Zinger tower box meal and x2 kids popcorn meals.Was told to park at the front and sat for 17mins until our disgusting disgrace of an order was brought out.....Got no box and the gravy all over the inside of the bag.The popcorn chicken was dryThe hot wings were beyond eatable as seen in the photos as was the fillet burger that looked like it had just be chucked together.This KFC is a disgrace to the brand and trying to ring to complain is non existent.I'm pretty sure that sending out chicken that is so dry and so hard is illegal to sell and not what KFC around the rest of the province.I will continue to ring until I get a full refund and that the cooks are trained on how to cook the very products they sell. And if you have any sense drive to the KFC in Ballymena where there food actually reflects the product KFC expect of thier restaurants unlike Coleriane
