Service much better than before lockdown. Wonder the if there was a change of management, a change of attitude anyway.Tried their plant based burger, which I'd eat again.

Clean and tidy. Getting into the car park and drive thru can be hard when it’s busy. Frequently have to queue for 10 mins just to get near the drive thru

The usual McDonald's experience. What's to say about it? Drive thru orders at the Portadown outlet are usually right 7 times in every 10.

Guy messed up the order then told to park and wait for my order... Got my order and it was stone cold. Tried to ring for help but surprisingly there is no one answering calls.The standards are really dropping in this place and I will be in later for a refund

Its really good and the food is tasty but sometimes when ordering more than 2 meals they can forget stuff

Hey...its McDonald's...you know what to expect. I find the app very handy and use it all the time to order ahead and then park in their allocated spaces to receive my order.

Typical Mcdonalds although the access arrangement is woefully inadequate and queues can be excessive at peak times. Restaurant itself is always clean with friendly staff but the access really is a problem especially if youve young kids desperate for a happy meal lol
