Mr Chips in Coleraine

Tasty Hawaiian Burger but Mr Chips charges more than advertised price on menu board. That's illegal!

Need to wait around 10 minutes after ordering the food and it’s worthy! Chips are very crispy and delicious, also love the juicy chicken nuggets!

Was here tonight use to be the best gravy in the country it was dreadful. I got a chip cheese and gravy and it was tasteless. One kids chip and curry was grand bt other kids sausages looked great but tested dreadful

Great food, both my wife and I love it and bonus is so do our children. Far better food than the other not to be named fast food chain not for away.

The best chippy that I know, I truly could not recommended this place enough. Just had the best curry chip of my life. Every chip was covered with sauce, not just sauce on the top, yet each chip remained crisp on the outside and fluffy in the middle. A good range of chip sizes, from fat fluffy ones, to small crispy ones. Just a dash of vinegar, not swimming like most places, and the sauce itself is the best I've had. Lots of flavour, without being too spicy. Truely fantastic.

After a patient wait of 15-20 minute, got two fish suppers. Upon opening to eat, one fish was burnt to a crisp and inedible. Other fish was partially burnt. One fish went straight into a bin. I really don't know how anyone can possibly have the cheek to serve that to anybody in that state? Do the staff know how long to cook fish before it becomes overcooked? Needless to say, I won't be going back here.

Visited tonight to get two mini meals. 2 girls working.1.They were not wearing masks, or gloves, and no sanitiser for customers.2. The service was barely polite3. I waited outside in the cold for 2 mini meals for almost 30 minutes.The batter was good.The chips were edible.I won't be going back again

Absolutely shocking service from young Dark haired lady. Was ignorant from the beginning and didn't think I was a genuine customer so was contimplating taking my order. I then asked for red sauce on my burger and received a sarcastic remark. To top it all off received my burger wrapped in tin foil...Once a Good Chippy rapidly going down hill in terms of service and quality of the food.-16/02/20 @8.15PM

Only had chips and those were fine, but wouldn't rate too highly based on that. The decor in this place is honestly hilarious though. I'm from the states, and to my amazement, I find a giant picture of the confederate flag brazenly displayed in the restaurant. For those unaware, the confederate flag is that of the side that was trying to preserve slavery in the American civil war so... perhaps not the best thing to be hanging in your diner.

Loved the food.. My son and I had sit in meals... Everything clean and fresh.. Only 1 thing - - -plastic knives and forks in a sit-in is a no no.. But I enjoyed the food
