Lovely food, friendly staff and easy to order.

Wasnt great as i sat for well over 45 minutes for 2 pancakes this is just totally unacceptable....

I always visit the big o when I come home for nw200 week, won't be b ack prices are way to expensive 9.20 for a burger and chip and a tiny glass of coke zero I can get 3 double cheese burgers large fries and 2 large diet coke for £9.64plus I wouldn't have to be part mountai. Goat to access the toilets.

Usually enjoy the food but cold on arrival toastie tasted like it had been in the microwave at least 3 times chips were soggy and cold

Just had an order delivered The food was fab great portions and it was hot on arrival. I really enjoyed it would defo order again from here.

Your order is taken really fast and you pay right away, so all great.. Until the wait for the food. 1 hour for a toastie. I didn't read the previous reviews about this place till now. It seems they're very slow but for a cafe you don't expect to wait 1 hour. I could've went to tesco and drove back home and still made the toastie before them. To make it worst it wasn't busy. The food is a plus side though, it was good.

I was in the cafe today, now normally I go in the food and service is fantastic but today it was the worst ever. I ordered the big o fry with an extra hash brown but only got a full fry meaning it had things missing and when I pointed this out to the waitress no apology and on top of that the hash brown I got was still partly frozen which tells me it was only cooked in a microwave. I asked for a large Coke zero and got a medium. I found the waitress was rude and had no intention to correct any mistakes made. Let me be clear normally the food and service is great but after today I'll never be back

Waiting for over an hour for food. When food arrived some went to another table when mentioned still waiting, was given food off the table they gave the order too. I asked for new as I don't want from someone else's table. Will never be back. They should have more than one cooking on a busy day. No compensation offered.

It took 1 hour and 5 minutes from placing the order to the fry arriving at the table - when it eventually got there the bacon was like cardboard and there was stuff missing - it was "on the way"... My husband had to ask twice for sugar for his tea. This is the 2nd time in a row we've had a terrible experience, we won't be back.

This cafe has been a long standing institution in Coleraine town for as long as I can remember. Recently though, they've been modernizing. New items on the menu, a fancy new till system, and now an online order/delivery service! Management at The Big O are making improvements, but also keeping that rustic charm that the people of Coleraine love so much about this place.
