We were a group of 6, booked in for a meal, Joan looked after us amazingly! We had a lovely meal and cocktails. The live band after just iced the cake!

4 of us visited here 4 weeks ago and had a great night... We had food and a few drinks... Staff were very attentive.. Food was fantastic and all for 10 pounds.. A great menu to suit all.. Fantastic live music.. Thanks to all the staff great job👍👍

Excellent food. Nice bar staff. The nicest two reception staff ever..lovely comfortable beds as we stayed overnight. A really enjoyable experience at a very reasonable price .I will definitely be making a return visit soon.. Well done Anchor Bar Complex 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

Had a lovely evening meal in the Anchorage then into the Anchor for drinks. Still a great bar after all these years, management and staff are really excellent and do a great job for their customers. We had a brilliant night - thanks again to Nigel and team!

Spotless clean to stay with friendly! Staff extremely helpful as our car broke down after we had checked up and the staff in anchorage rang and arranged for mechanic to come solve the car situation!! Will definitely be back to stay here again for a break ☺️ Thank you everyone in Anchorage Inn for such a fabulous staycation 💞🙏

What can I say about the Anchor apart from it is fantastic. From the moment we walked in we got treated like Kings and Queens. Front of house, bar staff, waiters and door staff are very friendly and welcoming and as for the owners Adel and Paul, they sure know how to run a happy business. They spend their time talking to the customers and make everyone feel like they are the only customer. I would fully recommend here for food and drinks and a stay over. We well be back very soon. Thank you all so much for making our 22nd anniversary so very special.
