The Riverside Table Table in Coleraine

Have eaten here on several occasions while staying at the Premier Inn Hotel. I have to say it is almost always a pleasant, relaxed place to eat with good, friendly, personable service. Toilets while upstairs were clean.

Can’t believe they charge almost £11 for a ramekin size portion of Mac n cheese get real and serve a decent portion for the price. Won’t be back in a hurry, disgraceful.

Great food, Great staff, Great Craic

Had Carvery yesterday..was just OK..staff are lovely..how can you have Turkey Carvery and no Cranberry Sayce available??

Yes we called for another meal like we did few weeks ago and enjoyed it, the staff were great look after us well.

Food was good after a few minor problems kindly sorted out by the female waitress Joanne. Manager could be advised to give tables/surfaces a wash down but social distancing and sanitiser was provided. Really nice relaxing environment

Ross who served us was great and should be manager, as his personality made the experience really welcoming, I had green soup( was broccoli) and really tasty, food was perfect and quick,and fresh cooked,price was really good too.will be back again.

Horrible experience at this restaurant - at 7:30 was told the kitchen wasn’t taking orders for an hour, despite the restaurant being less than 50% full. Finally seated and ordered basic prawn cocktail - very average. Then stuffed chicken which i sent back due to it being dry and without any stuffing! Explanation was that it just be the “batch”! Replacement dish was very mediocre. Service was fine - just think the kitchen doesn’t know what they are doing

Went in one night at 6 pm to an empty restaurant and were told that the place was booked completely and to try coming back tomorrow. We then reserved a table for the next day at 7 pm when we showed up the place was near empty. Once we were seated the hostess took our drink orders and gave us a few minutes to browse the menu. When she came back we attempted to place an order for food and were informed that they didn't have that meal. So I picked another meal that caught my eye and they were out of that aswell this went on for 4 MAIN menu dishes. All while sitting next to a screaming toddler (admittedly not the establishment's fault) . When we asked to move we were told the place was completely booked ( there were 4 tables full and none with the standard reserved plaque) but they would ask the manager. 10 minutes later they agreed to move us to a new table. When we finally placed our order it took an hour to get the food. The only reason this gets 2 stars is the food was halfway decent. Overall I would not go back nor recommend this kind of service to anyone.
