Very friendly staff and you can't beat the food for the price all served in a calming atmosphere.

What can we say . Ate here everyday for a week as we’re staying in the premier inn next door as we were here for the North west 200 The staff on breakfast were brilliant we were well looked after. The staff in the evening were so good, looked after our everyneed , the food was good but the service was better and a credit to table table , they made sure we were ok asked about our day made sure we were finding our destinations the next day so can I say a big thank you toAmy, Rebecca, Heather, Michelle, Treasa, Emma, Emily, Jason, Megan..Thank you all again we will be back for northwest 2023Ian ….. They have a really lovely vegan/vegetarian menu and all the gravy they make is vegan too.For my wife's birthday, they didn't have any sparkle candles for the dessert, so they presented her with a box of Milk Tray.5* from me everytime we visit.

Some of staff really lovely have started to come back .

Staying at premier inn tonight and we went into a mostly empty restaurant to be told it was fully booked to come back later, if they cant handle that amount of customers they shouldnt be in business, very disappointed. On a better note theres a really nice restaurant 1 min walk away that while very busy seated us straight away and the food was delicious

A nice atmosphere, friendly,accommodating staff and good food.

Have eaten here on several occasions while staying at the Premier Inn Hotel. I have to say it is almost always a pleasant, relaxed place to eat with good, friendly, personable service. Toilets while upstairs were clean.

Can’t believe they charge almost £11 for a ramekin size portion of Mac n cheese get real and serve a decent portion for the price. Won’t be back in a hurry, disgraceful.

Superb food and excellent service as always.

Ross who served us was great and should be manager, as his personality made the experience really welcoming, I had green soup( was broccoli) and really tasty, food was perfect and quick,and fresh cooked,price was really good too.will be back again.
