KFC in Larne

I'm not a big kfc fan but this is the best one their is, food is always hot and fresh, the place is always clean and the staff are lovely

i've had a few issues with wrong orders through uber with this kfc so i phoned them up today after another one and to be fair to them they got a staff member to drive upto my house with a fresh order at no extra charge..good customer service

If I could give zero I would Didn’t get the order right they never do.. plus charge ridiculous delivery prices would not recommend this place to anyone travel to another kfc I will be in future! Worst kfc in Northern Ireland

Awful, don’t get order right and really bad quality!!

Ordered food though the KFC application and paid for it but when i went to collect the food they were closed. Was well within the business hours

Ordered 4 meals, 3 plain, only to be charged for 7 when at the till, corrected that issue and refunded the incorrect amount of money. Person on the till couldn't get the order up nor did she give a receipt. Pulled up in the car park only to see we were given 3 meals in the bags, all dressed and 2 of them wrong. Had to go back inside and wait another 20- 30 minutes on the order being remade. Larne has indeed confirmed itself as a Black Hole. Won't be back.

Is this the worst KFC in Northern Ireland? I think so. I've only visited probably 10 times or fewer over a number of years, but have had issues on at least 3 visits, most recently today. I ordered through the new app (order no 5018, if KFC are interested enough to check). When I arrived to collect, I was told there would be a 25 minute wait for meat on the bone. I didn't have time to wait, so although frustrated I got that portion of the order refunded no problem. I was then handed a bag with the rest of my order (or so I thought) and two cups of Pepsi Max. I asked for a cup holder - none available. I ended up handing them back and taking fruit shoots instead as my car has no cup holders built in. I drove back out to Carnfunnock to find that the sundaes I'd ordered for my grandsons were missing from the order. I was in no mood to go back for them. As I say, this is the third time I've had issues with wrong orders etc. at this KFC out of only about 10 visits - a 30% failure rate. Woeful. Young, disinterested staff with inadequate supervision seems to me to be a big part of the problem.

Really disappointed! Waited for over 30 minutes for drive through, asked for a trilogy meal and bbq sauce! Got home to find missing popcorn chicken and no bbq sauce! Called branch, had to leave a message and no callback! I know they were busy but I just wanted what I paid for!

Terrible KFC branch, probably the worst! In all the years I've been getting takeaway from here my order has never been correct. I've actually got in the habit of checking the bag each and every time they give it me now so I can sort before I leave, tonight I forgot and payed the ultimate price. Missing items again!! Staff are polite and friendly but God help them if they can't match an order to the screen they are reading from, I promise I'm not exaggerating . . . they will get your order wrong. I'm actually thinking it's a global conspiracy to starve me.

Worst KFC I've ever been to, can guarantee your order will have something wrong with it every time. Most of the staff act as if you've just pished in their cornflakes everytime they have to go through the ordeal of taking an order.
