Had the six course taster menu and every morsel was just fabulous. Highly recommend it.

Went for dinner for our wedding anniversary. Food was fantastic. All the staff were very friendly and made us feel extremely welcome. Would definitely go again. 😁

We had the 6 course tasting menu last night . It was fabulous . Unbelievable value for money . The desserts the best I’ve ever tasted . The Service was amazing . Well worth travelling for .

Superb! Highlights were the goats cheese starter and the crème brulé, but excellent from start to finish. Great service too.

The restaurant was excellent would really recommend it. The menu was concise which I love as you know the meal will be fresh.As a party we had the goat cheese, salt and chilli chicken and Orzo for starters. Then a steak, braised beef and cod for a main course. All the food was great, I had the beef and would really recommend it.The staff were friendly, and engaging. Without it being forced.

We were using up a gift certificate that was going to expire soon. The meal was lovely and tasty. We enjoyed the Steak Friday menu, although we didn't take the complimentary bottle of wine. I had wanted to take a different dessert but apparently this would have incurred and additional charge which I thought was a bit harsh considering the steak night was £40 for a two course meal for two and a bottle of wine. We had a soft drink (sparkling apple juice) a 10oz Sirloin steak and an Eton mess each, as I wasn't prepared to pay extra for an alternative dessert. The meal was hot and the steak was cooked exactly how I liked it. The staff were attentive and friendly and the surroundings were comfortable.

At Dawsons you get to watch culinary artists at work. My wife and I were there on Valentines night and everything was amazing from start to finish.Come for the exquisite food, and amazing staff,If find yourself in that part of the country, do yourself some kindness and treat yourself to an evening at Dawsons Restaurant.

Brilliant. Friendly staff beautiful meal will definitely be back. Group of eight everyone well impressed. If booking for a group ask for the boat room, table is amazing:)
