KFC in Magherafelt

Slow service. Ate 3 pieces from a 10 piece family bucket and binned the rest Inc the limp greasy chips. Friday night not a good time to go obviously.

Been a while since I last had a KFC must say this one was first class

No online, chaotic drive through service only and cold food

Bit expensive. A zinger burger sets you back a fiver. Food quality has got better in recent years. It used to be rough enough. We only really go there in mini emergencies.

Didn't actually think a fast food place could be as bad. Worse than what Cookstowns was and it closed down.

It's OK but service was poor, my order was incomplete in store when offered to me with small beans where I ordered large ones, also chips were missing when I got home, food was not as hot as I feel it should be. Order 2046 29/11/21 things could have been a lot better. I shall be going into the store to reinforce my experience.

Raw chicken but was told it was just the colour of the marinade- marinade is orange chicken was pink, staff unhelpful, undertrained and dismissive.. they just don't care basically.. I was dining with children- very dangerous.. won't be back!! Also no tomato sauce..

Came here today, food was ok. One of the kids spilt a drink, we asked for assistance and a wet floor sign. Heard a male member of staff ask another to grab a mop, about 5 mins later he went on to his break. Shouted in behind counter to a young girl to clean it up. Heard the girl reply something along the lines of she wasn’t doing it as it was his job but he went on his break. 20 mins later still no cleaning up of spillage, had to ask again as there were other young children and older folk walking around. Seen young girl go over to male staff on his break to say something. Had finished our food and still no one had cleaned it up, never even mind a wet floor sign being placed down beside us. Staff need a shaking, couldn’t be bothered whatsoever if anyone hurt themselves.

Place is a disaster 🙈 only went because it was for kids and didn't want to let them down.. over charged for stuff i didn't order and once i confronted him about he got angry and as good as through the order at me. Soggy chips and small portions. Wont be back with kids or not..

Not sure if this place is really a KFC as it tasted nothing like any KFC I've ever had. Gravy was watery and tasted very odd, chicken was greasy and it seemed like the lid fell off the sauce when applying to one of the twister wraps as it was 90% sauce and 10% filling. Interesting drive through that should be included in driving tests as it takes skill to get anywhere near the window.
