I have been to numerous business meetings and small conferences here over the last few years. I find it rather sedate and its restaurant can be quite dark and cold. The Inn has had a difficult life since it opened, with numerous different owners and this has resulted in it never developing a reputation either as a hotel or as a place to eat out. Definitely good if you're planning a meeting, but just a bit too eerily quiet for a characterful evening out.
