Harry's in Moyle

Harry's is a small restaurant or bistro in the coastal town of Cushendall. The lunch menu is standard pub fare, but of very high quality. Service was quick, but this may be because it was not very busy. The prices were reasonable for the quality, at least for a visitor from England. The decor is themed after an Irish pub, but is the atmosphere feels lighter. The staff were friendly and welcoming, even with the current Covid-19 regulations.

5 of us called in for coffees. Were given food menus as well. Enjoyed the delicious coffees and were advised that we must order food as well!!!, There were no notices advising this and it left us leaving embarrassed and bemused. Never heard of a cafe where you can't just have a cuppa. Won't be back.

Had a fantastic meal here at the weekend. The food tasted amazing, portions were very generous, staff were pleasant and friendly and the atmosphere was cosy and relaxing. Have to say it's thee best king prawn curry I've ever eaten, packed with big juicy prawns and loads of monkfish. 10/10

Our early dinner for 3 on the 22nd Dec 2021 was excellent value with large portions and delicious flavours. We all had the organic salmon for main course and Christmas pudding for desert and could not fault anything. The staff was pleasant and went to check if they did not know something.

I've driven past Harry's before but never been in. We went tonight and I'm so glad I tried it because I'll definitely be back again. The staff here are very courteous and welcoming. The decor is really modern and the toilets are spotless. The food was faultless. Everything was cooked perfectly, well presented and piping hot. Portions are very generous too. Great choices on the menu. Honestly can't fault it at all. Thoroughly enjoyed it and will be recommending it to my friends and family.

Have been to Harry's twice nowOnce pre covid other time 24/10 21 both times with my wife ,Mum, +1 all 60/80 ...both timesService great. Food wholesome, fantastic portions... wouldn't hesitate to return again...I am a butcher with 40+ years experience..last time I had the Sirloin I ate every piece.. although it was chewy.. hard to cut with a steak knife. Although perfectly cooked to order. Rare.This isn't a complaint just constructive criticism.. all other dishes especially my seafood chowder starter were fantastic..

27.7.21 Excellent restaurant. We arrived without a reservation, but Christina managed to fit us is. (THANKS AGAIN) Fabulous food, friendly welcoming staff. A must try if you're in Cushendall.

Food was well cooked, but the Hake dish really needed a sauce. Couldn't find any scallions in the mash either.

Such a lovely seafood bar. Really worth visiting.The staff is very pleasant and very good with timekeeping. We got chowder for starter. The soup is lovely for so much fish in it and so creamy. For mains we got scampi and OMG. You can say they were freshly cooked. They were melting in the mouth. Tartar sauce and peace spot on. The only issue I had were chips. A little bit dry, not fluffy enough but eatable. For dessert we got simmer fruit pavlova and chocolate fudge cake. Both really nice.I do strongly recommend to visit Harry's
