B&Q Cafe in Newtownabbey

Bigger than our local B & Q so more choice, reasonable prices and helpful staff.

this store seem to have everything you might need, and the staff are very friendly and helpful

Beware of the security guard standing like a bouncer on the door in the entrance... Followed me into the shop and half way down the aisle shouting at me, "it's illegal to be in the shop without a mask"

. My wife and I had a struggle getting two worktops and a kitchen unit intoour car no one offered us help. Especially when my wife is 61 and has arthritis and I'm 71 with all sorts of ailments perhaps we should have asked.? But they should offered...BT

Place is getting worse. Never seem to have what your looking for and you end up ordering it online. Don’t waste your time, look online first.

A great range of products serviced by great staff. Had a problem with a purchase and it was resolved quickly, quietly and with a professional and understanding manner

Newtownabbey b&Q staff told me that sandpaper is where all timber is... its not kept there. The staff don't even know where sandpaper is kept.. found it my self..staff need to be trained to help customers. Wasted 30 minutes to find sandpaper

It is B&Q. Not sure what more I can say.Tbf it had everything I needed when I needed them so 10/10 satisfied customer.Did think the store was quite quiet considering how busy the retail park was. That was a plus for me tho.

Customer service is great. Plenty of options for diy . Great collection of plants. Will definitely recommend.
