Chippy New Mossley in Newtownabbey

Got charge 1.20 for garlic dip no dip deadon but then rung to say listen ino use busy but kids meal is freezing an gravy freezing 1st time out of place an to be honest on phone girl kept tellin me it's made fresh it might be but its freezin no could I send a new one out or next time something just very rude,

Possibly the worst service I've ever had from a business. Ordered an original chicken baguette and a large chicken burger on their app at 2.30 today that was supposed to take an hour for delivery. About an hour and 20 minutes later the delivery driver turned up with the wrong order, when I said it was the wrong stuff she just said no worries the next driver must have it, took the wrong stuff back from me and drove off.I phoned the shop and explained what happened, they apologised and promised to have the food remade and sent out straight away. About 10 minutes later the same car arrived and the passenger delivered the food and it was freezing. early the driver hoped I would think it was just the next driver along with my food like she said they would be. I phoned the shop again and they admitted that the driver had gone to wrong address with our food originally and instead of remaking it like they promised the driver just went back to the other house, swapped the food around and drove it back to me. I was promised again that the food would be made fresh and delivered out as quickly as possible and it should be with me in a half hour (this is already an hour and a half after the order was placed)15 minutes later I get a phone call from a "supervisor" asking if when they send the new food out can I give the cold food back to the driver which I agree to. Even though they clearly thought I was just trying to get free food from them I had nothing to hide, the food was still there completely untouched. Another 20 minutes later there is still no food and no further contact. I phoned the shop and requested a refund and said that after over 2 hours of waiting I didn't want the food anymore. The supervisor just bounced from excuse to excuse, refused to refund me as they had already made the food and said if I wanted she could give my name and number to a manager and they could sort the problem. I've now waited over an hour for the manager to call.Very long story short, I've waited over 3 hours for food that hasn't turned up and apparently because they cooked it I'm not entitled to a refund. The supervisor was rude, unhelpful and has no clue how to provide any form of customer service and either hasn't bothered to pass my details on to management or the management are just as bad. Avoid at all costs unless you want to pay to be annoyed, lied to and left without food.

Food was good but it took nearly 40 mins

I ordered a kebab on chips which I got but unfortunately kebab was very hard almost overcooked. I ordered a portion of garlic mayo and when I opened it, it was like water and did certainly not look like garlic mayo. Onion rings were overcooked like chewing a brick only thing I really could eat was the battered sausages. Won't be ordering again very disappointed.

Got a pasty bap, from this chippy, and it took me back to my school days, it was delicious, this chippy also does wraps, the curry is also tasty, not too spicy. Staff are friendly and service is good.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS RESTAURANT!!Absolutely disgusting from new mossily chippy, i have been a regular for years and have no problems up until Tuesday evening where i placed my order at 20:47pm on just eat which it said it would be delivered at 21:55, i received the notification to tell me the driver is on the way at 21:30, so i'm waiting and waiting and still no sign of it being delivered. I then tried phoning the restaurant twice at 22:15 pm just to find out there closed. Which i contacted just eat just to be told i have to wait 48 hours for a investigation for a refund.I was then told by just eat on Thursday that i would not get a refund as apparently they deemed it being collected which i never got it. I phoned the restaurant and not once was i put through to the actual manager of the store, instead i got a phonecall from a private number which was the supposit delivery driver that apparently delivered it to my house. I was told new mossily would phone me back, not once was i told that the actual delivery driver would be phoning me.So when i asked him why it wasn't delivered, he give me a false answer saying it was and when i asked him to describe what the house looked like and what did the person look like that apparently collected it, the answers he give me where not descriptive and did not match with what my house looked like and said it was a guy with a receding hairline which no one in my family has. He then proceeded to curse and verbally harrass me down the phone and hung up on me, which is very unprofessional because he couldn't own up to the fact that he delivered it to wrong house and i know this because he stated that he delivered at 9pm which clearly he didn't, seeing as i only ordered it at 20:47pm and it is physically impossible to cook my order and deliver it within that time frame.Will never be back there again and i will be going to just eat to report them for scamming me out of money with very poor customer service (absolutely no help from them at all), No actual help from the manager who was meant to deal with this issue but was no where to be found. And the harassment i got from the unprofessional and disgraceful delivery driver who couldn't own up to a mistake he made.It is clear that they do not value good customer service whatsover.

The food we had delivered was awful. A "taco chip" which looked horrendous, and was completely dry with a miserable serving of mince and a drop of sauce clumped on top of the most unappealing chips. Meanwhile the goujons were tiny and had more crispy skin than chicken. For the cost of our two meals we expected much higher quality and after waiting an hour for delivery this was a complete letdown. Honestly couldn't believe that was what we were served - robbery.

Just ordered the lunchtime special Chicken Cougans and chips. Absolutely terrible and no drink delivered. How you can forget a drink is beyond me. Shows lack of interest in your customers. Looks like left over food from the day before! Will not be ordering again!

Tonight was the first time me and my partner have eaten from this chippy. My and my partner was very disappointed. The fish was ok also the fish super. I think the fish and chips could be cooked a little bit longer for a much nicer flavour . I'm sorry I had to gave you 3 star because I of this. The delivery is very good but not the food. Sorry but we won't be ordering off you's again .

Ordered dinner tonight off just eat app for this chippy.The food came so burnt I thought I had ordered from local crematorium.batter was black and hard.The food was just loop warm, so I had two heat it in oven and air fryer.AWFUL , AWFUL , AWFUL.AVOID ordering online.I've had food out of here before and it was great so hopefully they sort it out.
