Food was cold, coffee tasted off whole thing went in the bin. Go to Lavazza or subway for a decent coffee

·

Bye bye Greggs! With its under baked food, discourteous and uncommunicative staff, I’ll give this outlet a miss from now on.

·

Need to update your times, doesn't open up till 7am

·

Terrible shop, hardly anything to buy,not even a sausage roll at 10 am ,wont be back, even health and safetywas shockingwhy wear gloves if youe goin touch everything with them

·

Best thing ever to happen in Northern Ireland, great food, especially the sausage rolls, pity the apple turnovers were removed from the menu, staff are friendly and will cook items fresh if asked

·

Very cold food. No other greggs I've been too is as bad as this. I know their policy is they don't reheat etc but they need to sort something. Everytime you go in the items are very cold and when you ask if there's any hot ones on its way your told the standard answer of it will be at least 15 mins. Very poor.

·

Their stores in Belfast are cost effective. Alas not on the motor ways around Belfast. I dont buy any thing from them because of motor way prices. Staff needs to improve service skills

·

It was good but they served ma a cold chicken bake and said they won't heat it up but the donut was delicious

·
