Mcdonald's Restaurants in Newtownabbey

It's the same as most McDonald's food wise. Forgets items or gets orders wrong pretty frequently though. Ordered a breakfast before of 2 meals and only the coffees arrived

Very poor service. Waiting time was too long. Too busy prioritising their deliveries rather than the customer waiting g for take out.

No sugar donuts, hot chocolate too week. Milk saushes awful bad design need sisers to open, verry cold to sit in

Cattle market! Is what is. Mc Donalds on steroids! Long cues, fair bit of waiting time and drive through can be a disaster due to there being two entrances to get in. Continuously full of third party delivery drivers standing round the door. Enjoy!😁

Every time we visit this McDonald’s our order is either wrong or the burger we have ordered has been made incorrectly.Our two recent visits through the drive through included a completely wrong order being handed to us, which meant us going into the restaurant and standing in a queue to wait to complain. Once we complained we then waited a shocking 15 minutes for our new order!!!The second visit, I ordered a Big Mac meal. I opened my burger and there was next to no sauce in the burger, super dry, there was also NO onions and no gerkins on the burger as there should. I ate two beef patty’s, sandwiches between dry bread with some dry lettuce. Horrendous.Will not be back. Shocking service every time.

I went to the drive through in Glengormley and ordered two meals. It took us approximately 8 minutes to drive home and sit down to eat. Both ordinary and diet cokes were flat, both dinners were barely warm and the cheese sharebox was cold and terrible to try and even eat. I was very disappointed and definately will not be back. I can think of another similar franchise that is far better than this and i would recommend to be far more superior than this place. My first ever review and i can't believe its a fast food chain.

Absolute shambles this place! Twice I've ordered from here and both times the bags have split because they haven't put the lids of the drinks properly! So both lots of food ruined and no refunds no replacement, this is a joke!

Cattle market with all the JustEat and Deliveroo drivers in collecting orders, and their parking makes an already terribly designed car park even more unbearable. Despite how easy it sounds to prepare an order, they constantly fail to prepare the order correctly, or follow instructions provided

Placed an order on the app at 11pm to pick up, got there and the drive thru was coned off. Got out and waited at the door until someone came and basically told me to go away as they're closed! Still says on the app open to 12am, payment taken from my account for food I wasn't served and told I would have to chase them for a refund. Sign on the door says open 24 hours, 7 days a week. Absolute joke.

Went tonight to mcdonalds to get a replacement meal because the one I received wasn't what I had ordered. Got it home only to see they had messed up my order AGAIN! I asked for no lettuce, onions or sauce on my big mac double. Only got a big mac.still got lettuce and onions as these were at the bottom of the big mac box!!I also ordered my hubby one too, i was charged £6.11 for it????? I thought they were £5.99? I've made 12 phone calls to them to see why they keep making mistakes with my order??? So far no answer. Chips soggy and food stone cold.....sort it out mcdonalds!
