McDonalds in Newtownabbey

This place has went to the dogs, last 2 orders I have got were wrong and the 2nd time was missing items don't throw your away in this place find another one and go there, the kid in the window was so cheeky didn't even say hello or thanks nothing ill never be back

The app was playing up, thought it worked better as tried the day before and it was great. Ordering on app today for Longwood rd McDonald’s, buffered near end and wouldn’t let me place location but took money. Asked a member of staff to check, girl came out straight away with extras on our order with no money paid. Excellent customer service, kept apologising, told her not her fault. People are great at writing bad reviews, good ones not so much, well done to the staff, one happy wee boy in car.

If i get McDonald's to eat then i always use this one, the staff are friendly and speedy. They've never once get an order wrong, unlike a few other brands haha

All gd for a quick bite or late nyt snack. Word of warning before you leave double check your order from ur receipt as they got my order wrong twice and it was the same order

You know what you're going to get, and you aren't expecting Michelin star cookery, but my burger was tepid. Fast food should be hot food.

9 times out of 10 my order is wrong. Recently forgot to give me my 20 chicken nuggets. Only happens when using drive thru. Will definitely be checking order at window before driving off from now on.

Spent part of this morning at MC Donald's at the abbey centre, apart from finding the ordering by touch screen a bit confusing and impersonal, the rest of my experience was very good the staff we had dealings with were very nice, the food was hot and good and the tea which everything depends on was drinkable and good. I am very fussy about tea and I must admit that I finished the whole cup.The restaurant was clean and tidy and the staff were all busy doing their various duties, but they were still attentive.

Every morning I call for a coffee the staff are half asleep which results in a wrong order. Think! how do you get a coffee wrong most times it's no milk or a reg instead of a large which I ask for. Then there's the waiting time for a order to be taken at the drive through the management need to get there finger out .

Usually good, i come here over the glengormley store and I live in glengormley personally because think its nicer but recently I've been getting kinda annoyed with the past few times I've been round the drive through there's always something missing from my order I usually don't mind but its happening nearly every time, I know its a busy store but staff packing the food up should definitely check before sending out

Very disappointed 15 minutes to get food the girl apologised but didn't give a reason my daughters coffee was cold and she had to return it. The shop or drive thru weren't busy we were the only ones there so can't understand why 3 members of staff were just standing about talking wont be rushing back
