Pizzarella in Newtownabbey

Pizzas are amazing the pulled pork on chips is tip notch 👌

I always get mauds out of here absolutely lovely. The pizzas are ok not a huge fan but I'm super fussy. Chips are lovely and dips are lovely!

Unacceptable service for a long standing business. Delivery time took around 2 hrs. Rang after the first hour to be told the pizza was just put in the oven and wont be long then hung up. No sincere apologies or any compensation. Once the pizza arrived I was shocked to see the size. I ordered a large and medium pizza, I received a 12’ & 9’ pizza which are considered to be medium and small. The amount of money spent was not worth the receipt. Very unsatisfactory!

We ordered pizza and peppered chips. It came and the chips tasted and smelt like cigarettes, yes that's right CIGARETTES. We rang the shop to inform them and they dismissed us. Will never be eating from here again. Poor food and customer service

Food is awesome, but I have to say only 1 staff member was wearing a face mask correctly ... 2 were wearing it under their nose, and 1 was wearing under their chin. Don't let yourselves down like this, guys.

Waiting over 2 hours on delivery even though ordered online and told 45 min wait...rang several times 1st time going into oven now!!and each time after that was told it will be there in 5 mins.. how can a fast food place get it so wrong defo not be back

Peppered chip arrived and tasted like cigarettes, called to explain and we were told the sauce had been burned. No refund or replacement.

Waited 2 hours for a pizza and when I phoned to see were it was they said sorry we are just making it now 😂 I said no ill just take a refund so they put the phone down. Lovely business

The pizzas are ok nothing special but the system they use for taking orders is crazy. Orders are takin at the ice cream counter. The just eat people have taken over most of the shop to the detriment of customers. Customers are now so obviously secondary to just eat people. If you dont listen out for your order it gets thrown back after one shout. The system needs overhauled. No room in this shop to wait with covid still going.

Ate here years now, always lovely, can tell they are passionate about their pizza! Garlic Mayo changed a bit in my opinion but still the best around! 10/10 recommend to anyone!
