The Royal Thai in Newtownabbey

Batter on the chicken and prawns we're soggy and chips were soggy to :(... Asked for curry and got gravy... It's very expensive, don't think I'll eat out of here again.

I always feel underwhelmed when I visit here. This used to be my favourite Chinese but seems like it's not as good for me as it used to be. Would also say the price point is medium/high.

Great food fast friendly delivery service although a bit more expensive but you get what you pay for

Ordered from here at 9pm and was told it would take around half an hour. Rang again when food still hadn't arrived after 10pm and was told there was no record of my order 😕 staff said they would send the food out then, but didn't want to take the risk of it not coming again.

We use them all the time and enjoy what they provide. Their Thai content is underused but is well worth trying.

I have been a fan of this establishment for many years, both when i lived near to it and when i moved away.Food is some of the best in the country.Staff very friendly and helpful.Pricing is excellent bang for buckThis is my favourite take-away in Northern Ireland, bar none

Best honey chilli chicken and curry around! Have been getting take outs from the Royal Thai on and off for years! Glad I've moved closer to the area now so I can get it more regularly.

Just got home with a hot chicken soup and green Thai chicken curry with rice and chips. Chips were grand but apart from that we had raw chicken in the curry. Pity I can't upload photos to illustrate how bad this was. It was like eating warm phlegm with chilli. Rang the lady on the desk and I've been added to the wall for a free main and side. Sounds like it's a bit of the norm.

I have eaten in this establishment on and off from many years. I live in Bangor I am not often in the area however . I am an entertainer and recently performing in the cloe by THUNDEROME at a cabaret dinner.I was peckish and heading home about 1.30 an totally amazed o find not only the CARRY OUT open BUT the restaurant also !!I decided to go there and chill out being a late owl lolI had chicken and mushroom soup and a simply beef curry. and were excellent and the service was friendly . There were still a number of regulars there even at that time.I have never had a bad meal here and any time I am in the area this is my choice..

Love going here, unfortunately not as often as I would like, food is excellent, service great and pretty good relaxed feel. Also love to see the fish in the indoor pond.
