What a super places, a unique dinning experience. Your meat or Fish arrive at the table slightly seared it's then down to you to cook it just the way you like it on a hot stone.It's a BYO (Bring your own) alcohol restaurant, so chill your tinnies & wine and enjoy it's great, will be back. 👍🏻👏🏼

LAVA is definitely an alternative way to dine, an experience I won’t forget.It’s a cozy little restaurant with limited seating so booking is recommend.We both had the 10oz beef fillet which is served with a good sized jacket potato and fresh veg. We where given instructions on best way to cook the steak to our liking. It was extremely enjoyable and can’t wait to visit again. The staff are extremely friendly and very attentive.This is a take bring your own restaurant only serving soft drinks. There is a spar shop about 1 minute away which offers a large selection of beers and wines.The all gender toilet is very fresh and clean in all areas. There is a selection of perfumes and antiperspirants to use free of charge which is a nice gesture.Well worth a visit if you in the area, it’s a great bit of fun.

An absolutely lovely experience, polite and friendly staff, excellent decor and delicious food. Would recommend booking, if you want alcohol it is bring your own, though they do have soft drinks to order. All in all a wonderful experience

My fiancé and I were lucky enough to book in at short notice - he had the beef fillet and I had salmon. Both were amazing! We planned to have dessert, but honestly couldn't fit anything else afterwards! The staff were very friendly and accommodating - and the food was delicious. Would highly recommend a visit!

We had a group of 8. I had emailed ahead of our trip to check availability. Chloe was brilliant,phoning me to arrange our booking. They were very flexible with the child's choice of food. I pre ordered the food and it all went smoothly. Everyone was happy, we could bring our own lovely wine which we bought from the excellent wine shop in Conwy. I would recommend Lava, we will be visiting again.

Really nice restaurant, great food and fabulous staff.We had 2 x trio of meats and it really was fantastic. Ribeye and fillet steaks and rump of lamb were all lovely cuts of meats. The Lamb, unsurpringly really in Wales was the best I have had in years.Doesn't serve alcohol, but you can bring your own and no corkage charge.Place was packed at 6pm and it only opens at 5.30, so that should be a good pointer.Thoroughly recommend.

This was a great find..! My friend and I had a memorable and fun dinner in this cute BYO restaurant. Food is served sizzling on a hot stone, allowing the diner to cook it exactly to their liking. Like your steak rare? Turn over once and whip that bad boy off the stone and onto your plate. Prefer your dinner without a pulse? No problem. Just leave it to sizzle a little longer (turning occasionally) while you crack on with the wine you've brought from home.The staff could not have been nicer and genuinely took pride in their lovely little restaurant. Vegetarians are catered for too!
