Mostly very good , some staff seem unaware there are customers nearby and speak very loudly to colleagues who are some distance away.I regularly find I have to return and keep returning to get certain items as the stock is quickly depleted.I find the sell by date is very nearly up on some items .

Some great finds here and stuff for all ages, couldn’t recommend a visit enough! Even some fun unique Easter eggs.

The largest I had been in, easily found what we needed, well signposted on isles. Sold most what anyone would need regarding food fresh frozen dried and tinned goods. Clothes, gardening, books, games, toys, medicines, even a cafe and toilets.

I have visited the store a few times now, but whilst the store is well stocked, and with friendly and helpful staff, my problem with the store is that the area surrounding the main entrance seems to be constantly used as a public toilet. As you approach the entrance, you are hit by the overpowering stench of stale urine.

Review of Cafe not shop: Ordered food from very helpful staff member. Food arrived within the time specified. Sausages were cheap rubbish only fit for consumption by a dog and the chips were heavily undercooked. The majority were inedible. I explained to a member of staff who denied any issues. I then went to customer services for a refund to be advised that the cafe is independent for the store. I won't be visiting this place again and certainly wouldn't recommend to anyone. The supermarket though is fine. Staff are helpful and shelves well stocked..

Recently a person I know who is a registered carer has been leaving shopping in customer services for an employee to bring home.this has never been a problem.apparently now it is,the person who leaves the shopping is unable to carry it home.needless to say she won’t be shopping in this Llandudno store again.this store has gone terrible over the last few months.disgusting way of treating customers.

HOW can you run out of something so simple as stamps (regardless of what type)!? Writing a letter is as important now for staying In touch with family as it's ever been. Especially as the local main post office branch has been shut due to staff testing positive for Covid (Fully understandable and sympathetic) surely such things are a staple item required everyday!Probably just bad team leader or management control of the stock levels but c'mon, this isn't even the 2nd time this has happened! If you keep running out, then order more surely!!

Best store for miles! Huge selection of quality grocery products, fresh & frozen food, clothing, greeting cards, alcoholic beverages all at great prices, plus much more. The car park is huge, 24/7 petrol station, cafe, toilet facilities, everything you expect from a superstore usually found in larger towns. Highly recommended for all one's shopping needs!

It's exactly what you would expect from a supermarket - a great range of products at reasonable prices. It's the biggest and most comprehensive store of its kind in town and there are always special offers available each week. Disabled Parking is available right by the store entrance, masks are compulsory and Social Distancing rules are enforced. Shopping here feels safe.

It's a large supermarket with quite a lot of things readily available for purchase. The café is a bit naff - it used to be better and I'm not expecting fine food. It's a cheap supermarket cafe. Tesco and Sainsbury's do it better in regards to the café.Toilets a bit grim and stale.Interesting flowers today - one of my kids was particularly struck by the blue flowers.
