Aydin's Eatery in Conwy

Got my order wrong and drenched everything in garlic mayo to the point it was inedible. Replacement took 40mins and was just as bad.No ones fault apparently, "I only take the orders I don't make the food" and "not the driver fault"Won't be ordering again, far better available in Colwyn Bay.

Used to be excellent but it seems to be in decline.Ordered a kebab a few weeks ago to collect, got home and it turned out I had to build it myself.This week asked for chips cheese and mayonnaise, but they forgot the mayonaise. Not ideal when you realise when you get home

So helpful wasnt sure of the menu but they asked me what I like and pointed me in the right direction and the delivery guy was brilliant my food was still hot and very polite would definately recommend

Food was great value for money, staff really helpful and polite, all in all a really nice place definitely recommend

Joke of a service took nearly 2 hrs to arrive. When food came it was cold chips chewy absolutely disgusting. When I rang to complain the guy on the phone told me they do not give refunds and did not even apologise. Was offered an exchange however not prepared ti wait another 2 hours. He tried to fob me of with a pathetic excuse that when I order im in a que. Well yeah of course but I do not expect to to pay nearly 20 pound for cold chewy food if you can call it that. Think ill take my custom somewhere else from now on. Used to be good what a difference in service

Just had Aydins chef special, I was shocked its risen in price by £3 which is extortionate, also no free garlic bread on the order. I was a regular and love the food, but today it was dry and overcooked and not very appetizing

Really gone down hill. I use to like Aydins the service and good was always good so I have used them for a number of years but I ordered a pizza and it took nearly 2 hours to arrive, and it was not fully cooked. The time before that they missed half the order. I can't remember the last time my order was correct or on time. I did not receive any apology.

Ok, I was sceptical about ordering from Aydin's Eatery with some of the poor reviews they have received lately.However, I have eaten from here in the past & found the food to be fine.So two hungry carers last night wanted feeding during a busy shift.So we took a chance & ordered our food, fingers crossed the food would be at least edible. The person who took our order was helpful & kind.He informed us our food would be delivered within the hour which worked perfectly for us.Food arrived hot plentiful, so much so we couldn't finish it as we were stuffed. More importantly, it was absolutely delicious my colleague is on shift tonight & is looking forward to tucking into the leftovers tonightSo a great thumbs up from us!

Popped in to order a late night snack and ended up chatting to the owner about his food and he took the time to explain how all the kebabs except the donner meat ones are made by hand using his own recipe. The food is amazing especially the mixed kebab. 😋
