Bay Grill II in Conwy

Good quality halal food and tasty. Reasonably priced for the area. As we were away on holiday the owner went out of his way to give us advice on places to visit and recommend other halal food places. Owner was very friendly and welcoming.

Really good pizza!! Get the chilli and garlic sauce from the continental shop next door to go with it! Amazing pizza!!!

usually the sequel is worse but WOW bay grill ll is the best kebab place in the universe I would recumend this to any greasy kabab man that live love this pie keep up the grape wok

Do not order delivery from here unless you are prepared to wait over an hour and a half for your food. I ordered 2 chicken kebabs @ 5.10pm to come at 6pm. Order had still not arrived by 6.25pm so called them and was told it was on its way but not still took another 10 minutes to arrive. When it was delivered there was no salad with it, when I called up they told me that you have to ask for salad which I have never had to ask for up until now and have ordered from the Llandudno & junction shops on many occasions. I was told that they would send my salad out but waited until 7.10pm and it had still not arrived. I called the shop and told them that I couldn’t eat the kebab now as I was going out and wouldn’t have time to eat it, he asked what he could do and I said that a refund for one of my kebabs as I wasn’t going to be able to eat it. He refused saying that I had already had the food, so I said he could ah e the food back as I wasn’t going to be able to eat it now, again he refused. I will never order from here ever again. Appalling customer service and quite frankly a rip off.

Yummy pizza, allways tasty and full of cheese and all the good tippings. I had a 12 inch vegetarian pizza with extra jalapeno.The dinner kebabs and a excellent size and quality.All excellent , too marks

I had food from you last night it was inedible, freezing cold pizza was cold chips & cheese was cold the cheese hadn't malted in, the onion ring discussting very unhappy with it all, was thrown in the bin

First time, pizza was spot on 👍... Unfortunately thd internet lost my order, but the young man who served me dealt with the situation in a very polite and professional way.He Got my pizza sorted, from scratch, in about 10 minutes, apologising about a million times on the way. Excellent work fella, a credit to the company

Friendly staff great food massive portions

Ordered from the shop for years. Food is what you ask for and ok.Ordered online through the app a numerous times and have always had issues. Order is always wrong and missing items and ALWAYS missing sauce and is cold when it arrives. It's a big shame but I will not be coming back. Especially as they get angry when you ask them to deliver what you paid for.

Very good food, nice selection, decent service, slightly expensive menu. Would recommend.
