Baytree Hotel Restaurant in Conwy

Ate in the restaurant, so good that we booked for the following day too.

I didn't stay here, just had a meal. The food was beautiful and plenty of it. Staff very attentive and friendly.

Only had a Sunday carvery. It was very good, service with a smile. Excellent customer care, lovely waitress .

Just a 1st class hotel, staff are amazing cant do enough for you, always happy and smiling, rooms are clean and comfy, food and service is superb, just a 1st class hotel with a lovely welcome , csnt wait to come back!

We only had three meals , of which we enjoyed very much. But disappointed that it only had level 3 on the 1to 5 Council inspection.

Shame about managers attitude coach of 20 guests most less able and recycled teenagers shutbar and told guest to go to bed.Over priced drink prices I. Mean 2.40 soda and lime down road 80p speaks volumes.Sadly disappointed manage ment did Not bother his backside putting on entertainment. Shame on him.You think I am joking there was another 20 people who can confirm all of my review.Saving grace of this hotel was the young local girl who did table service for our party.My only advice to this Manager is go on a customer awareness course or change your attitude manners cost nothing.Witnessed the attitude change when locals came in for eats and drinks.Yes sad to say that our party were left feeling we were an Inconvince.Not. Nice.Hope he hangs his head in shame the recycled teenagers were between 80yrs and 93 yrs he told to go to bed.Thanks goes to Carlton barAnd Evans Hotel who hosted us.Delighted to be in your company. We were treated like the royals.

Great hotel, very clean and great sea view from our room. Staff all very friendly and hard working. Good choice of drinks at the bar. Sunday lunch did not disappoint. Plenty of parking on streets at rear and drop off point right outside

Had a fabulous 3 course meal tonight there, food was excellent and big thankyou to Kate and Jamie who served us they were lovely, so impressed we have booked to stay here really good value and clean highly recommend ❤️❤️

Nice& decent place to stay...Specially the service of front desk supervisor (Sultana).. She's just awesome indeed ! Rooms are proper with free toiletries and coffee at the downstairs !!

On my way home, but trains were cancelled, so I rushed into the Bay Tree after fighting thru sleet and high winds.. And the lovely receptionist ignoring my dishevelled appearance ,found me a room, gave me my card key and I was in a lovely warm room in 15minutes.The room was great, the price fair and included a very nice serve-yourself breakfast in a relaxed dining room.
