It was what it was, been coming every mothers day for the last 8 or 9 years (exception of lockdown) and the food has gone from very good to adequate. staff today seemed over worked and uninterested (Exception of a chap called Simon who was Very Very helpful). think its our last mothers day here sorry

We found the staff to be polite and friendly. The food seemed to be cooked to order as was piping hot, looked and tasted 100% freshly cooked. In our opinion was not expensive. We had an evening meal, lovely, a full eat as much as you can breakfast also no complaints, then Sunday roast which didnt seem as freshly cooked, we wished we had chose from the main menu.

Another lovely meal enjoyed at the Craigside Llandudno today. My wife and I have been regular visitors for the last 5 years at least, and we've never been disappointed with our meals, the service, quality, and fantastic value is second to none, a real credit to Lee and his team, well done.

Very disappointing. We were shown to our table by a very polite young lady. Sadly we were served by a large woman with dark hair who took our order for 2 starters and a main and that's when it all went wrong. The starters arrived after 5 minutes but the fish goujons had no tartar sauce as advertised. After 5 minutes I asked the barman who kindly helped us. We then waited 55 minutes for a steak and a mixed grill. In this 55 minutes we were asked if we wanted our refill drinks topping up by the server and she then forgot I assume as again I had to approach the bar for a refill. When the server eventually bought the food out it was OK but I get the impression the waitress hadn't put our ticket in earlier cos she was totally absent minded. She asked if we wanted any condiments, my partner asked for mayonnaise. Guess what. She disappeared and never came back with the mayo. To add insult to injury a table of 4 sat next to us and ordered a few steaks and fish and chips and all the food arrived in less than 10 minutes.I actually think the food wasn't that bad in fairness, but the waitress we had was absent minded and didn't care and the wait for the food I attribute to her not doing her job properly as nobody else waited as long as we did.Breakfast was OK and service better but to be honest £50 for two meal deals in the hotel isn't worth it. The food is no better than wetherspoons and the service far far worse.

Visited yesterday. 6 of us, advised that the wait was 30 minutes, we were happy to wait inside. Table was ready in 15minutes. Staff all very attentive. Food was lovely, steaks cooked as requested, all other meals nice. All piping hot. Good value too. Would definitely visit again.

Having been here several years ago and really enjoyed it,we thought we would come back. On arriving the girl that greeted us was very pleasant and showed us to our table. She took our order and got our drinks. There was a half hour wait on food which we didn't mind. We both ordered the Sunday Roast and upgraded so we would get extra meat and pigs in blankets. The food arrived and I think the pigs had escaped and took their blanket with them as there wasn't any and as for the Turkey ,well the pigs must have gobbled that before they ran off as there was a tiny amount on the plate. I told the waitress and she said she would go and get us some with some more gravy. 10 minutes later she came back ,by then we had pretty much finished our meal and she forgot the gravy and never did return with anymore. Having stated on the board that this was the best Sunday Roast in town ,I dread to think what the others tasted like. No fresh veg, it was frozen and the roast Potatoes ,even the stuffing was frozen...as for the gravy ,well there was about a couple of tablespoons. The waitress never even came back to check if everything was ok ....would I recommend it?...absolutely not ...very disappointing and won't be returning...

Friendly staff. Decent food for the price. Not generally a problem getting a table. Can get very busy in summer months. Pleasant outside seating. Plenty of parking.

Unfortunately they had a list of products that were unavailable on the menu , & as always some were the ones I wanted.Food we did receive was very nice. This site has disabled parking and ramp but manual door so you will need assistance to get in

Not good!!..On arrival we waited at the desk inside the door for about 5 minutes before a large lady approached, we were then seated at a cramped 2 person table - even though plenty of less cramped tables were available. The real problem though is the 'at table service' which is really slow(at similar Brewers fayre venues that dont have the table service the staff appear much more frequently)...so much so that when ordering the unlimited soft drinks option...it is limited because the staff are nowhere to be seen for long periods. Also more interested in sitting separate parties needlessly close together with minimal distancing ...I guess for their own convenienceOverall give the place a miss.

We hadn't book for a late lunch but had no trouble finding a table with plenty of room around us. I had a lovely cheese burger and my husband had ham, egg and chips followed by a caramel apple tart. The meals arrived promptly and absolutely delicious. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The air conditioning was rather cool, so a jumper may be necessary.Highly recommended for a quick, tasty and very reasonably priced meal.
